Generally no complaints here, food is generally always fresh, staff is polite, and place is fairly clean, nothing that would make me raise an eyebrow.The meatball marinara I usually get is good. Bread is also always fresh.

Don't even follow their own posted hours. Supposedly open until 9pm. Showed up before 8 and already had all ingredients packed up, lights off, door locked. Not the first time this has happened, either. If it is any later than 6pm, don't plan on then being open.Ordering from them does no good either. They never get the order right. They suck.

Walked in here and saw an Indian guy scooping mayo off the counter and putting it back into the container. No telling what else they do, no thanks.

Subway at 139Atlantic Ave Pittsburg charges almost $2.00 more for number 7 and a medium drink then Subway by Walmart on Loveridge rd. I never paid attention before. They also take some of the chicken off if its a little bit more on the scoop. Sodas are watered down. Not going there again.. And i used to leave them a tip..

If I could give no starts I would ! I got charged for items not on my sandwiches . I didn’t notice until I got home . When at the register I asked why it was almost 50 bucks for two sandwiches and 2 drinks So I asked for a receipt but the lady was hesitant to give me a receipt and gave me it after and I left home to eat my sandwich I looked at the receipt and there was stuff I got over charged for … disappointing ??

I literally just left from this subway literally about 20 mins ago. and she pissed me off so bad I couldnt wait to get home to write this review. I ordered #8 great garlic sooon as she scooped the meat and then attempted to scoop some of the meat out of the spoon I stoped her. I ordered a foot long whyyyyyyy are you trying to stretch the meat ? so after the back and fourth she added the correct amount of meat. now come the cheese the sandwich says 2x the cheese. she put 4 half slices on the sandwich I proceeded to ask her where is the rest of the cheese at the sandwich clearly says it supposed to come with double the cheese she act like she didn't hear me or if she didn't understand me because she didn't really speak Spanish so I said it a little bit louder with more of an attitude, and then she paid attention. She was was like oh it's only supposed to come with four slices and yada yada yada moving onto the toppings like the veggies in the sauces everything was fine, but when it came down to the meat and cheese, they acted real funny, especially if you're not paying attention or watching them so my advice to you is to watch them as they make your sandwich and complain as needed because what I wasn't about to do was pay $15 for a sandwich that has stretched chicken on it . besides, the workers playing these weird games, the restaurant, overall was spotless and clean.

We ordered online and picked up and ate inside. However, while we were still eating these employees came in and turned off the lights while we were eating. No, greeting us to say hello we are closing in about 15min. Which the sign says they close at 8pm. So, we were a little surprised that these 2 women came in turned off the lights 15 minutes before they actually closed and then jammed to the back of the store. ? That is just poor service and not professional at all I definitely will not be back there to eat!!! ?????

If you're looking for a sandwich loaded with veggies and condiments to order this the place for you. My husband got me what was supposed to be a salami with cheese. It had 5 whole thing slices of salami and I had to dig a round to find the cheese. I remembered that that's why I go anywhere else!

This is second time I’ve come to this location, the Customer Service was awful again ..it was as if I was disturbing the staff. I asked what bread they had available, the staff member pointed to the small writing on the glass.. now I didn’t have my readers, so I squinted to look at the small writing. Would’ve been great customer service to just name the breads available? Jerez… no smile, very rude… I’m not of Hispanic origin, the customer before me was and so was the the staff.. so they received excellent service, hefty portion of meat.. then the attitude changed , and the meat was minimal when it was my turn .. Listen!!! My money is green like everyone else’s… so please hire folks that is culturally diverse in their thinking. IT IS GETTING VERY OLD and SADWheelchair accessibility: Flat entry

This location delivers the sandwich you want. I mean, you order what you want on your sandwich: how can you mess that up? I always order through the app, and I consistently come to this location. It's ready in 15 minutes, and the curbside dropoff is so convenient. Located inside Atlantic Plaza, you can check out other stores after getting a bite here. It's never too busy here, and the ambiance is normal

Very poor customer service. Ordered on the app on April 27th and the order was wrong. The order on the app did not match what was given to us when picked up. I understand that wasn't their fault. I tried to call no answer so the next day my husband went into the restaurant to show the manager/owner the app and receipt but the owner said it was too late to fix. So after getting off I was suppose to come down there during rush hour( and high gas prices) to fix a mistake that I didn't make. I never asked for anything other then the sandwich I paid for. I will never go back...Togo's is just down the road. My Money will be spent there going forward.
