The service is too slow, this location needs more employee as the current lady employee isn’t that trained or fast paced to operate it alone. It took her 14 mins to prepare 3 sandwiches and will put almost no veggies on the sandwich. Is time waste to come at this location.

Although the customer service was on point, I like Subway, but they are cheap as hell when it comes to the veggies 🤣 i got the Nachos with steak and all they literally do is take 1 bag of doritos and got all the nerve to charge 5 dollars 🤣 and it's the small size bag, not even the regular size of chips that you could get at 711 for less than 5 dollars 🤣 hey, I'll try anything once 💯 but never again! And I got the 6in boss sandwich and it was suppose to be 2x provolone, but yet I only got 3 half slices of cheese 🤔 NEVER AGAIN! Yes, I could've said something then, but I'm at work and I don't have the time or energy to deal with speak on it! I'll avoid this location and the location on Loveridge and Buchanan, they also stingy as hell and that owner made sandwiches with no gloves 🤢🤮

Raciest from the moment we stepped in the door. First women said we couldn’t use a coupon on a salami sandwich, Lady came out the back stated we couldn’t use coupons AT ALL!!! lol came to the Subway down the street where they accepted the coupon for a salami sandwich. I would never recommend this location and won’t be returning

I get sandwiches here occasionally when I work in the area. It's not my favorite location as there are a lot of homeless and just generally sketchy people loitering in the area. But that is not the fault of Subway. This location is usually pretty busy at lunchtime and the service is good.
