The AI at the drive thru SUCKS. They need to just keep it simple and let a regular person take orders. Other than that. The order was correct, fresh, and good.

I would give negative stars. I have been coming to this location for more then 15 years. Just left there missing 3 of my tacos. Get home and decided that once I noticed it to let it go. Just take it at a loss. One bite into my taco and there is a long hair in my food. I PULLED A 7 INCH HAIR OUT OF MY FOOD. I called because hell no! From the very start they knew my order. I find that funny. He told me..."yes you only got charged for one". Okay sure but why only charge me for one then I asked for four? Oh I know your incompetent machines running the drive trough when you are getting your order taken. Then I tell him about the air I pulled out of my food along with the bite I took. He solution is to offer me another taco if I come back. Nope I will never be back. I will travel further when me and my family want taco bell HOLD THE HAIR!😡

The changes have to be adapted because time has change, the robots is coming to replace the human labor. For now this is my observation, everything has to change. And human resources will have to change too. Human mind should go for more innovation and robot should be our Labor forces. I know you will not understand and think negative, but it's coming and let your mind do something and be your own boss and hire robot to do for your work.

The new kiosks are retarded you must order from them now so there goes your customer experience 1 and two if pay cash you must wait for an employee to assist and with 9/10 employees not liking the register that leaves you waiting hours for food that won’t be made I’ve left 2x due to my order never being made
Every time I seem to come here I’m always in and out at the drive through. My order doesn’t get messed up and they are pretty fast with getting your order out to you. I haven’t had any bad experiences here as of today. I usually go around lunch time as well.

I went to this location at 8 am . The cashier (Arely) messed up my order twice . I asked for my drinks which i believe i paid for she said she didn’t charge me , yet when i ordered she asked me what size and got upset with me because i asked for it . I told her she can charge me for it and ended up charging me for Baja blasts . There was no reason for her to be rude at 8 am . I am not a believer in (customers always right) because they are wrong at times . My bacon was old , cold and hard . My favorite overall experience was horrible. Very disappointing .
