Came on my lunch break and they skipped my order, serving numerous individuals whom ordered after me. I asked an employee if my order was still being worked on and he walked back to check, but never came back. After roughly 20 minutes without getting my food, I had to leave with an empty stomach because my lunch break was expiring. Came here countless times on lunch break but certainly not coming back here after this. The customer service has never been good here, but that never bothered me too much because of how fast they typically prepare my food.

I hate the automatic robot! It’s super loud and it gives me anxiety! A staff member was very nice by telling me I can just say “speak to staff”, I’ve been doing it ever since. They always get my food right. Very friendly night shift staff.

Angelica is extremely rude. She has no customer service. Just asked for a water cup. She left and then came back with a shitty attitude saying no water cups. I simply asked if there was another cup she could use and she flew off the handle. Wouldn't go there if you want good customer service.

Went through the drive-thru. Had their $7 box, a great value for the price as it also included a drink. The AI voice was interesting.

Every time I go into this Taco Bell, they messed up my order very unsatisfied with this order never again well I give my business to this Taco Bell. They don’t deserve it, and if I were y’all, I would never go there again. Don’t mess up your order as well every single time they don’t care about their customers.

I would give negative stars. I have been coming to this location for more then 15 years. Just left there missing 3 of my tacos. Get home and decided that once I noticed it to let it go. Just take it at a loss. One bite into my taco and there is a long hair in my food. I PULLED A 7 INCH HAIR OUT OF MY FOOD. I called because hell no! From the very start they knew my order. I find that funny. He told me..."yes you only got charged for one". Okay sure but why only charge me for one then I asked for four? Oh I know your incompetent machines running the drive trough when you are getting your order taken. Then I tell him about the air I pulled out of my food along with the bite I took. He solution is to offer me another taco if I come back. Nope I will never be back. I will travel further when me and my family want taco bell HOLD THE HAIR!😡
