First off the customer service was very much lacking. The first drive thru window is unmanned and no sign indicating to go to 2nd window.
They didn't have the empanadas and the nacho fries tasted like they had been sitting out for 3 days. If not for the nacho cheese my burrito would have been cold as well and a total loss. Not going back to this location ever!
If you hate your job so much then leave!

Every time they asked me what type of sauce I want they don't put no sauce last week they didn't put no sauce this week they only give me three for two burritos and then today they didn't give me none they didn't give me no sauce
The food and the customer service was good but the tables were kind of sticky and feel like the area could've been swept better, made me want to eat outside because it wasn't there best day clean wise

I ordered one of their new freezies and it was cold and refreshing! My husband ordered one of the new chicken burrito combos. He enjoyed his meal.
Parking: Plenty of space to park. I've never had a problem getting a good park
Kid-friendliness: No play area but you can choose food for kids to eat as well. Customer service is great with the kiddo's.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have a wheelchair and I like that the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. It's easy to maneuver around

So I love taco Bell in general! I feel they have a healthier variety of food than other fast food places. But I had two serious incidents at this location specifically with the general manager. Apparently his name is Jeremy. So I came through the drive-thru day before yesterday and ordered 3 soft taco supremes, the cinnabon delights, small fries, a chicken chelupa, and a Baja blast freeze. I clearly and loudly tell them my order and I come up to the window they hand me my bag and close the window. I knock on the window to get my drink and he looks at me with no response as if I'm trying to get a free drink. He doesn't even check up on the TV with our order to see if it was on there and he just missed it until I specifically state that I ordered it nor did he give me any receipt. So I drive off and park to eat and I grab my food out of the back and I realized the chicken chalupa is missing so I have to drive all the way back down to the Taco Bell and get the chicken chalupa. I drive through the drive-thru and he is extremely rude stating that am I sure that he missed the taco and I clearly again state that it wasn't in the bag and he looks at me again like I'm trying to get a free chalupa.. now in my opinion customer service is everythingso the fact that they missed two things originally on the order and didn't offer anything extra as an apology is just really rude in my opinion. Especially with how clear I was in the beginning and I had to drive all the way back for one food item and all that because it's their mistake. Now it's today and I decide to go through the drive-thru again here at Taco Bell because it's close to my house and I enjoy their food. The same general manager is the one to hand me my order and instead of giving me the three soft Taco Supremes like I normally order he gives me 3 crunchy tacos and no soft tacos now again I tell him I clearly stated that I ordered the three soft tacos and we go back and forth for like 5 minutes about this and he tells me that the soft Taco Supremes are more expensive and so he asked for $6 more after I paid $30 and again didn't offer anything free for my troubles. Not only this but he was extremely rude to me again and I feel I had to write a review on his level of service because it was beyond low. Not just because of the fact that my order was wrong two days in a row and all that extra stuff but for the fact that he argued with me and said some not very nice things so I asked his name and told him he'd find himself a not so nice review here. Anyway things Taco Bell for always serving good food but you're a general manager is creating a not-so-good atmosphere and I will be going to a different location from now on. I recommends seriously investigating his behavior because two days in a row is seriously out of pocket. Thanks!
Dietary restrictions: If someone has issues with taking an order and making sure it's correct with items that are stated on the menu then how could you ever expect them to follow dietary restrictions and allergy requests?! It's clear their quality of customer service needs to be worked on a but because the last thing you want is someone, friend, family member coming here and taking a bite of something their allergic to accidentally. Believe me it's not the business!

I always order the same thing. Create your own cravings box with the five layer burrito, cheesy gordita crunch, and fiesta potatoes. It never disappoints. On this particular visit I did not get a fork to eat the potatoes with. Luckily I had a spare in my console.

I used to manage a Taco Bell, many years ago... The food still tastes the same, but the service has taken a nose-dive while the prices have shot through the roof.
