Friends, it's taco bell, everyone knows mostly what to expect at Taco Bell, so I'm rating this on the "taco bell" scale, not the "fine dining restaurant" scale...I'm writing this review to let you know, that this place is a cut above the rest! Quality is top notch! And the crew are always super friendly! Some days, their quality customer service alone, makes my day a better one! Thanks y'all!
WORST Taco Bell in the area. Staff is rude and doesn't understand or know how to make the correct order. Ordered tonight 11/19/23 and had the worst experience of my life. Drive a few more mins down the freeway to go to the Oakley one.

Came to this fine establishment after the gym recently, I know bad idea but my compadres and I were in dire need of food in our stomachs. Lucky enough T Bell had the volcano taco meal promotion going on so we all decided we will have a taste of nostalgia with the scorching hot corn tortilla with hot Cheetos dust mixed in with cardboard beans. Bad bad bad idea.... Not only was the volcano taco hotter than the hot ones challenge but the dining room was as hot & humid as a sauna. Mind you we just finished the gym & steam room but I did not know that the dining room would be an extension of our steam room session, I would love to come here 5-7 days of the week to grab a amazing meal if and only if they crack up the A/C in that joint.I also saw some of the workers picking nose and standing around, did not look like anyone was training anybody nor did it seem like they knew what they were doing here. T Bell, I love the food but please cater to your only customer who helps you keep the light on

Its a taco bell I do not like the kiosk I can not order my food the exact way Id like it . These kiosks are the just like self check outs if i am expected to use one then I am doing someones job that i have not been trained to do & should get at least a discount this makes the customer experience go down hill .
