First time going to Tacos El Cuate. Based off reviews I was expecting decent to great food. Ordered 5 tacos 2 Asada and 3 Al pastor. Presentation was great then I got to tasting them. I would say it lacked flavor and meat was not A quality. Paid a little over $20 which i thought was roughly expensive for what I received. I don't mind paying that much but just make sure food standards surpasses the price you're charging your customers. Sorry to say but I will not be going back any time soon.

Delicious food, I even requested quesadillas like how my grandma made and Twin did spit on! His wife will great you at the window with the most warmest welcome. Definitely will be returning to try the rest of the menu with the family. They have a outside seating area where you can wait for your order! Thank you guys ๐Ÿ™

The best Tijuana style tacos, the steak and chorizo, are grilled in charcoal, and then they chopped them to make the tacos in fresh made tortillas. The shrimp tacos and burritos are fresh and made to order. The quesabirrias and birria ramen are really good. El Cuate, his wife, and their crew provide great customer service.

Hands down the best taco truck in Brentwood !!! We've been searching for good a Taco Truck since leaving the Oakland area. Thank goodness for Taco El Cuate you've made our wish come true. The flavors, portions and quality of food and customer service were perfect. I'm excited to try the Pittsburg location next. Fresh made tortillas and Cheese wrapped burritos ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
The Birrira is SOOOO delicious, tender and savory. They say size matters, well let me tell you the Quesadilla is a Beast! The pickled Serrano peppers, cucumber, carrots and onions were big must in my book. Tacos El Cuate DID IT ALL!
Located off the side of the Road, we passed it up, but circled back around to find plenty parking. Wild Fires contributed to the lingering smoke, but that didn't stop anything. Can't wait until next weekend to grab another bite to eat.

Amazing food and service. Tortillas are made fresh, by hand. There is covered seating and plenty of parking. The quesabirrilla tacos are my favorite with consume and green salsa.
