I had a frustrating experience at this sandwich shop whom happened to be of Latin decent who has multiple ear piercings who has consistently been rude and inconsiderate during our visits. Today, we waited for over five minutes without being acknowledged while she attended to other customers. This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable. I believe she needs retraining on how to treat customers. I noticed how the person working with us on the other side serving icecream . I hope the manager addresses this issue so that others donāt have the same experience. Very unprofessional every time I go to this restaurant for a sandwich itās the same experience with this sandwich person . I strongly recommend retraining!

I ordered two over priced salads both we're supposed to have chicken in them and much to my surprise neither salad had chicken. I will not return to Togo's ever again. You lost a customer.

This was one of the worse sandwiches I have ever had. I got an Italian and there was literally only one slice of each meat, the bad taste was questionable and I hope not to get sick from it. The only good things was the white bread. Extremely disappointing with my purchase

This used to be my favorite togos around but lately when I call to place an order I always get an unpleasant tone on the phone. It no longer feels welcoming, I was even hung up on today when I called at no point did the day she couldnāt hear me just hung up just because.

I had an incredible experience with the same gentleman that a fellow reviewer, Mr. Jorge Flores, recommended and is he second to none. The gentleman made my order with the utmost care and attention to detail. I forgot to ask for his name but the nickname ābig manā seemed to resonate with him and make him smile. all in all, I recommend this gentlemen to everyone who desires for a sandwich made right in front of them with the gentle yet nimble hands from big man! incredible work and attention to detail, thank you again for a very enjoyable and smooth experience.

I prefer the one on Century Blvd. This one got my online order wrong. I event told the server he was making it wrong, but he went ahead any way.

I just did ubereats delivery here they did our sandwiches wrong wasn't that great quality we didn't want any other toppings on top of it they still add everything to it and the food wasn't great very dry no flavour very disappointed luckily I did get my refund half of the money I paid for during delivery.
