This used to be my favorite togos around but lately when I call to place an order I always get an unpleasant tone on the phone. It no longer feels welcoming, I was even hung up on today when I called at no point did the day she couldn’t hear me just hung up just because.

Ehh... I got a large Turkey and the first bite taste like potato salad I'm gonna finish the rest but I'll never go to Togos again. They also charged for extra meat when I only asked about it. I'll stick to Safeway and a Subway. Togos is no go lol

This is really horrible!!!! Second Togos I have been to in this area and they just cannot get it right! So ridiculous. I ordered a #4 with extra salami. I swear they think they pay for this shit but I'm tired of paying for extra NOTHING! I want someone from corporate to call me. I have uploaded a photos of their large #4. They gave me a small kids size bread with no extra meat. Frustration really has kicked in and at this point I'm so done with this company all together! I want my damn money back and a corporate or franchise owner to call me because I'm fed up!!

HORRRRRIBLE SERVICE. Walked in to order a sandwich, 3 staff members were standing there talking, including what seemed the be a supervisor, she's the only one wearing black. I'm standing there waiting to be helped when the lady sweeping said hey welcome in, which triggered a staff member to finally attend me. I asked for a Regular size sandwich to which she then aggressively says what size!? I look at her and say I SAID A REGULAR. Then the all the sudden she starts yelling at her own co-worker to not sweep dirt onto her feet. The lady sweeping apologized and said she barley got any on her. The rude one just went on and on yelling at her to never do that again, all while the other 2 members are just staring laughing. I grabbed my daughter and said let's go this lady's super rude. Then all of them (except the one actually working) scream "Bye have a nice day!". Won't be buying from here again. They need new supervisors and employees. Keep the hard working one!

I had an incredible experience with the same gentleman that a fellow reviewer, Mr. Jorge Flores, recommended and is he second to none. The gentleman made my order with the utmost care and attention to detail. I forgot to ask for his name but the nickname “big man” seemed to resonate with him and make him smile. all in all, I recommend this gentlemen to everyone who desires for a sandwich made right in front of them with the gentle yet nimble hands from big man! incredible work and attention to detail, thank you again for a very enjoyable and smooth experience.

I'll never go back to this Togos again. Sad because I use to go here for lunch. Not anymore. At least not this location. FYI it had nothing to do with the sandwich. Food was fine. But the manager is a clown.

Today I ordered a Hot Pastrami Reuben and There was argument with a customer. The employee that was fixing my sandwich went over and grabbed the other employee sandwich that she was fixing for a customer and put a small amount of meat on it and came back to work on mines. The other customer got upset and told my worker to mind her business and fix your own sandwich for your customer. While they were back and forward with words my worker (Yuricka) messed up my sandwich and flooded it with THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING!! I didn't notice it until I got back to work and opened it. I was like she really wrapped this and put in the bag with all this dressing dripping like this. I never said a word except no sauerkraut. She was being so nosey she ended up ruining 2 customer lunch. Togos on Central in Pittsburg CA.
I just did ubereats delivery here they did our sandwiches wrong wasn't that great quality we didn't want any other toppings on top of it they still add everything to it and the food wasn't great very dry no flavour very disappointed luckily I did get my refund half of the money I paid for during delivery.

Bobbie has amazing customer service! She’s quite the gem! She put together my sandwich perfectly and happily went over the order options with me, like what cheese and bread was available.
