I just wanted some soy sauce very stingy with it lady was rid wated for a bit walked in and nobody cared been going there for a while never again food lost flavor

Good service and good food

I will start with we will not be returning. First time ordering from here. We order fried rice, chow mein, fried ribs, garlic broccoli. Both the chow mein and fried rice were plain in flavor. The ribs was undercook. The fried rice had some type of wood. They didn’t gave us no utensils, sauce or soy sauce. No receipt. No napkins. No Fortune cookie.unseasoned food. I have never ate no Chinese food that taste bad.

The food is DELICIOUS! The service is always great, too. The crab rangoon is the best I’ve ever had. This is my new go to spot for cheat meals.

All I Can say is WOW! The food here is AMAZING! I have tried pretty much every Chinese Restaurant in Pittsburg and the surrounding cities and Uncle Wang is BY FAR the best I have had. My party ordered the Honey Walnut shrimp, which was absolute FIRE! Not like the typical soggy over battered stuff at the other restaurants. It was perfectly crispy, with good size quality shrimp. Perfect amount of sauce with great flavor. We also got the Cashew Chicken, which was super good. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry or rubbery like the other places I've been. The seasoning and sauce was perfect. Chicken chow mein was great, noodles were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was perfect. Usually when we get chow mein at other places the taste can be bland, but not here! Last but not least, the Chicken Wings!!! OMG so fire, crispy, juicy, and seasoned to perfection! I can eat the wings everyday! I LOVE that none of the food was greasy and everything was super fresh! Uncle Wang is definitely my go to spot from now on such a hidden gem.

Great place , the honey walnut shrimp was amazing ! The kungpao chicken ,chowmein and fried rice were prepared well ! I can’t complain about this place everything meshed and the owner was extremely nice ! I do recommend eating there as the food experience is night and day ! Remember to order the salt and pepper wings!

Uncle Wang’s Chinese Restaurant is an absolute treasure. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic dishes. The fried rice and chow mein was top tier. The asparagus was hands down the best I've ever had. I also got the Beijing Beef, so flavorful and we'll seasoned. My favorite has to be the chicken wings, this is a must when you go here. So crispy but also tender and juicy.

What really sets Uncle Wang’s apart is the attention to detail and quality. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to make recommendations. I loved how the entire staff was super friendly and all of them had a smile on their faces. I've been to plenty of restaurants where the staff looked like they didn't want to be there which killed the vibe but it was completely different here.

Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious, authentic Chinese food. Uncle Wang’s has definitely earned a new customer! I plan on bringing my family here soon!

Absolutely love this place. The food is always delicious and the staff are amazing. Try the salt and pepper pork spare ribs. They are seasoned beautifully and so yummy you’re going to want to order more!

Friday, I ordered honey walnut prawns lunch special. But when I went to start my car, it was dead! I called Uncle Wang to let them know I wasn't going to be able to make it in to pick up my food! And they offered to deliver it for me.. but I was calling for a tow service and missed their call...
After I had a new battery put in my car today, I decided to drive back to Uncle Wang's to apologize in person and give them the money that the order would have been for yesterday!
You know what they did? They made me my honey walnut prawns and wouldn't let me leave without them!
Thank you so much Uncle Wang. Your food is delicious and you went above and beyond to make my day after such a stressful week with my car. You are forever in my prayers.

Uncle Wangs was sold , the new owners just haven’t gotten the recipes right. I loved the basil chicken, I bought it tonight there wasn’t a jalapeño pepper in site, lots of bamboo shoots, they skimped on the chicken and the red bell peppers. I also bought chicken fried rice, there was approximately 10 pieces of chicken in the rice and the rice was flavorless and dry ! I’ve enjoyed Uncle Wangs every week and sometimes two times a week for years bringing family and friends under the original owners. Sadly those days of good eating are gone. I’m looking for another Chinese restaurant.

10/10 everything was on point 👌🏼 Especially the sweet and sour pork and pepper steak!! 🔥🔥 The service was amazing, we went on Valentine’s Day and it was perfect ♥️
