I was really disappointed with my visit to Wendy’s. The fries came out cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted—definitely not what I expected. On top of that, the inside of the restaurant was super dirty, and it felt like no one was around to clean up or maintain any kind of hygiene. To make matters worse, the employees were rude and unprofessional, which just made the whole experience even worse. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I wanted to order just a simple hamburger and I was worried about staff making mistake so I used Wendy’s app to show exactly the name and price,they still ordered me the wrong one and charged me more,not to mention leaving me to wait for around 15 mins to say hello.
Very quiet and efficient inside the restaurant. Everyone knew their job and despite being busy at that time, no one got in each other's way. Very nice teamwork .
Parking: There is not much parking right up next to the building, unless you are handicapped, which was actually nice to see. I parked in the area closest to the door which meant I had to walk from my car across to lanes of parking lot traffic and across the drive-thru lane to get to the walkway that led to the door. It really was not bad at all.

You can't figure out what is on their menu. You can't use the kiosk unless you have an account. Signs are misleading. Oh only the little thing in the corner is what's available all day. I left only with a frosty because I couldn't tell what food items they wanted to sell. Also side note I couldn't get a napkin to use with my Frosty. I guess I just had to be neat and careful.
