the food is always prepared in a good time frame..it tastes great..the drive through is difficult to endure with a stone wall being located near the elevated spots..so park & walk..theres plenty of parking..the inside is clean & had available seating..

This place is very unprofessional and they dont listen.Specifically asked for GHOST PEPPER RANCH!! and did not get that. we got BUTTERMILK! I absolutely cannot believe this .and it was bought for me n my friends bc our stomach was touching our backs..we was starving. i wont be back. (unless its for a lemonade .

This is the "Wendy's of Pittsburg." in Pittsburg,CA. It's located on the corner of Loveridge Rd and East Leland Rd, in the Walmart shopping center. This review is about my drive-thru experience on a Tuesday night around 9:45pm.First, I need to tell you that a very long time ago, I was a fast food shift manager. I didn't work for Wendy's, but I consider Wendy's to be one of the best fast food burger places in operation today. The use of fresh meat contributes to the best burgers in town. So, in drive-thru I ordered a Dave's Double (cheeseburger) and a small fries. The total $$$ was about $10, no drinks. The french fries were excellent. Lightly salted, crisp on the outside, and tender soft on the inside. That's the way fries are supposed to be. Also, I noticed the size. A small fries at Wendy's is about a medium fries at McDonalds. The Dave's Double was also good. That fresh "hot 'n juicy" meat with creamy cheese, made a delicious double cheeseburger. The bun was properly dressed with a full tomato slice, leafy lettuce, pickles and condiments. What was not good, was the actual drive-thru. The menu board had one panel of lights burned out, and I had to guess what to order. Then, the drive-thru path is raised with high curbs. It's probably easier to follow in the daytime, but at night it's a challenge. This restaurant is sitting in a shopping center parking lot, so why is the drive-thru path so narrow? Sure, it's my first time here, and I'm driving a truck. But driving around that building felt like I was coming around a blind curve in the Santa Cruz mountains! Also, when I was getting my change, the young man dropped some coins on the ground. He said "Oh sorry, it's maybe 10 cents." Okay, thanks for that. Other than that, it was a good experience and I'd come again!

We ordered from this store through DoorDash twice, and both times our food was wrong. The first time it was the wrong order all together, the second time we didn't receive two of our food items. I am very disappointed with the service as of late.
