Supper great food! Loved the customer service as well as the quality of the food, I ordered through DoorDash and I was expecting it to come cold but it came nice and warm making it easy for me to eat as a quick meal! Would definitely order again!

Worse experience ever! Walked in to TRY to place an order. Cashier just looked at my partner and I with no type of greeting or any type of acknowledgment. It was busy which I was understanding, but at least let me know how long the wait will be instead of NOT saying a word. We've waited for 20 minutes still NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT! My partner and I decided to leave due to bad service. Once we left out the door I look back and saw the cashier just staring with a smirk.

This is the slowest and most unprofessional wingstop I've ever been to. Ordered online ahead of time and it still took over 30 minutes to get my order. They seemed like they couldn't care less about actually getting food out on time as multiple other people were complaining about food taking forever.

All the tables are dirty. No garbage can provided to clean my own table.
Pay almost $56 for 2 10 wings combo asked for ranch as my dipping sauce I repeat mi order to the cashier 2 times I got home no ranch cold and old fries with no flavor not even salt! I will never going back to this place! Young guy in the kitchen was handing food with out any gloves on .
Only received 7 wings on my order. Ordered 10. Cashier was Saad. Idk who else was in that kitchen preparing orders but they did not deliver my food on a timely manner. Just opened my box too. The chicken looked so dry.The atmosphere of the restaurant is dingy and sad, literally not inviting at all to potential customers. This is my second time in 4 years coming here where they screwed up my order. Last time I didn’t even receive my fries when I ordered. Not coming back ever again. I thought it would’ve redeemed itself after COVID. Whoever the manager is, they are not doing their job properly.Stay away from this location, not even joking. This is store #316.

After work today, I decided to grab some Wingstop for dinner. I went to Wingstop to collect my order. Upon arrival, I noticed my food was already sitting on the side counter, which I found odd. However, when I took my order, I realized that it was cold, and I was dissatisfied. I approached Maria, one of the employees, and asked if I could have fresh fries. Maria's response was quite rude, and she turned to her coworker and made faces at me. She informed me that I had ordered online and that the food was prepared earlier. I explained that I still wanted hot and fresh food, but Maria threw the fries away angrily and gave me more cold fries. I noted her name and left the establishment feeling disappointed. It's regrettable to experience poor service when visiting a business. I have decided never to see the Century Boulevard location in Pittsburg again.
