This location is a drive thru and walk up only. No lobby or “cafe” as it was called by one of the baristas. I wasn’t sure how I was feeling about this new experience but I’m very glad I stopped. Everything was to satisfaction with food quality and typical to-go ordering. What exceeded my expectations was the customer service. The ladies had such a wonderful attitude and that just brightens anyone’s day. 🙂

Took them 12 minutes longer than scheduled for a mobile order, which was an iced coffee.
Ordered a hot espresso on the mobile app and at the drive thru she asked me if it was suppose to be hot or iced I said hot, when I received my drink it was cold. I asked for it to be remade and she explained to me how I was the one who ordered it wrong.

No instructions were followed, total waste of money. These HoHos need to realize that if customers add instructions how the drink should be made , there’s always extra charge and reason behind it.

Walk up window to order and they were fast. Restrooms are located across the parking lot to the gas station with the yogurtland and are ridiculously clean.

I was on a trip from Clovis to Santa Barbara. I had order a Carmel macchiato and green tea. But when I pulled up to the window to pay I ask if I may add a cup of ice water. The barista said “no, once I put your order in, I am being timed so I cannot do that since I’m on a time limit.” there was only one car behind me and didn’t want to deal with it so I left. 8/8/2024 @7:26am.

The service is very bad. We were told to wait for our order for 5 minutes, but we ended up waiting for 15 minutes without ever receiving our order. Our order consisted of one latte and two hot chocolates. We were the only ones waiting; there was no queue at all. The staff weren't overwhelmed. Yet, they never served us, and we had to demand a refund.

Waited 30 minutes just for a Caramel Frappuccino. They were paying more attention to the drive through then the walk up window. As I saw drivers ordering after me and leaving before me.
Pulled up to drive thru, ordered a frap, was told the blenders are down.That takes a lot of drink choices out of commission. This is my halfway point on a ten hour drive. I do understand that things happen to machinery... but at least apologize when you tell me blenders are down.
