Showed up to this location just before closing and Evan was the gentleman who assisted us with choosing the right flavours we needed. We had a very efficient and pleasant conversation regarding a lot of great ideas that could increase popularity and increase profits. I hope corporate or head office executives would hear a lot more ideas from their front line customer service staff. 10’s across the board for this location especially for having an employee like Evan that keeps it simple and real.

(Sunday, July 6th between roughly 6-7pm.) I was in town visiting family and the first thing I had to do after dinner was stop at the nearest BR to stock up on my favorite chocolate ice cream for dessert later. I always buy pre packed quarts for the best deal though the prices can vary by store, usually costing somewhere between $13-18 for two. This particular BR was very clean and the refrigerated cases were fully stocked w many flavors to choose. I hadn’t had time to stop for cones yet so I asked the employee-a really nice young man w beautiful blue eyes and a big smile-if I could purchase a couple cake & sugar cones. He gladly threw them in since I was buying 4 prepacked qts. He had the best attitude, and was extremely friendly and outgoing from the moment we walked through the door. We were in and out very quickly even though there were at least 10-12 people in the shop. The employees were all helping different customers and not wasting time standing around. Other family members w me chose scoops in a cup. I thought the size of the scoops was very fair considering what they cost which is usually not the case and the exact reason I only buy in quarts. Many times depending on whom is scooping them, the scoops can be very, very small. The nice male employee threw in a couple spoons and napkins too, as well as let me try 2 new flavors. All in all, I’d give this BR and my experience 5 stars. I visit BR shops all over and they’re not all the same. Great customer service really makes a difference! My family members also commented about how nice this young man was. I hope the owner/manager recognize that they have such a great employee working for them!! I’ll be back in a few weeks and will definitely stop by again.

So this is the second time my daughter ordered a cake. What I'm trying to say is if you don't know how to decorate a cake, don't do it.And if you don't know how to follow directions don't do it just say you cannot do it. In this year should have been very easy.It was literally 2 colors.Stop adding things that people don't ask for the first year was the worst shouldn't I came back.

I stoped by today to buy a birthday ice cream cake to bring it at the end of my son’s soccer game ,I asked to write it Happy Birthday and I was going to comeback and pick it up at the end of the game because today we arrived at the 3 digits degrees. When I came back was a young lady working by herself with a lot of people on the line waiting , didn’t have cash at the cashier and my cake lost because she had no idea where was it , of course they never wrote Happy Birthday, so this is for the Manager of the place.

The cleanest BR I’ve been to! They had amazing customer service and some extremely unique flavors! I got the Dubai chocolate ice cream and was obsessed!
DO NOT BUY the viral Dubai ice cream bar from here. Paid $10 for nothing but a small bar of pistachio ice cream dipped in chocolate. There was maybe a sprinkle of kataifi pastry in there. Nothing like the ones people have posted from other Baskin Robbin’s locations. It was a total robbery.

Decided to stop by, last-minute, for a cappuccino blast. Initially my drink was poorly blended as it was full of ice chunks, but not a huge problem. I simply asked if they could re-blend it for me. Not only were they happy to do so, they apologized for the error. I don't know about you, but that usually doesn't happen too often nowadays (especially with "young employees"). I would definitely come back to this location if I was in the area.
