Andrea from La Habra branch is rude. We asked about Vanilla bean and said “there is no cafe that put coffee in vanilla bean”. We just asked why there is no coffee and it is too sweet. He argued and argued just to looked right and charged us another $4 for a coffee shot on our vanilla bean blended. She cannot be in this industry. She is rude!

Order at counter, menu easy to see. Fall flavors. Banana bread and pumpkin spiced latte, iced. Both very good

The place is not very big, but it’s beautifully decorated and feels cozy. The cashiers do their job with respect and efficiency — they’re neither rude nor overly friendly, just professional. A few more smiles would make the experience even better.

As for the food and drinks, absolutely outstanding. The matcha, the coffee, the avocado toast, and the grilled cheese sandwich were on another level. As a Peruvian —from a country that has led the world’s gastronomy rankings for 10 years in a row and is the world champion in breakfasts— I can say it’s not easy to impress my palate, but this place did it with ease.

Kat & Sky were so kind and accommodating, with good recommendations about the menu, they mentioned other things available without sounding pushy, they had generous & yummy portions, I'll be back frequently thank you for hiring such wonderful workers.

First time here ! I was picking up a coffee for my son and decided to order myself one.
My churro latte was the best latte I've ever had!
The service was great and the ambiance was chill !

While the coffee I had is a 10/10, this review is really for your amazing team member, Daniel. I live in Bend, OR and was in Placentia to be with my Mama as we found out less than 2 weeks prior to her going to Heaven that she had terminal cancer. I needed to get out of the house for a bit and thought a coffee and pedicure would be nice. Daniel welcomed me with a big smile and asked how my day is going, which I imagine asks everyone. While I'm normally a super positive person, I could only be honest and say that it's been a bit rough, as my sweet Mama had just passed away. He told me the coffee was on him and when he hands me the coffee, asks if he could give me a hug, which I gladly welcomed. He was so kind and sincere, I could feel the care. I then go next door to get a pedicure, and the lady tells me I have something green on my nose. I'm very confused then realize Daniel had wrote a note on my cup, and the green heart was still wet and had smudged on my nose. It gave me a much needed laugh.
Thank you again for your kindness and care. The world needs more people like you.

Conveniently located and easy to get to.Cold brew with coconut pumps! Reminds me of a nice adjunct stout.It's a small coffee shop. Minimal seating.

I bought the Luck of the Irish coffee drink today, and there was nothing Irish about it. Allegedly, it should have mint syrup and other add-ons. All I got was plain milk and coffee. If you are going to charge exorbitant prices for coffee drinks, please make them well. I absolutely did not get what I paid for. I regret giving a tip.

Best laid back cafe in my area. I love coming here when I need to relax and take some time away from the fast living city life. All the staff here are so kind! Jeremy always makes delicious drinks!
