I ordered a big hamburger cause I’m lactose intolerant and got a big cheese burger. All dairy makes me throw up. That burger went straight to my dog.

I already don’t like Carl’s Jr but me and my girlfriend were hungry so we stopped by to grab something real quick. I bought a burger and she bought a burrito. Her burrito was falling apart the meat wasn’t fully cooked and the burger I got…. I almost have no words, within 10 minutes of me eating it I had some of the worst stomach pain ever. Within 20 minutes I had extremely bad diarrhea. About an hour later and my stomach is still hurting extremely bad. Do not eat here, even if it’s the only option. This Carl’s Jr is terrible and it ruined Carl’s Jr in general for me.

Unfortunately had to return some Sante Fe chicken sandwiches to here and Cassie at the front was able to give me a lot of feedback on why they weren’t as appetizing as they were a few years back. She was very helpful, informative and nice. Really glad I didn’t go in there and come off arrogant from the start because she had mentioned that they have been getting a lot of complaints on those sandwiches as they have changed their chicken breast provider. Hope Carls Jr changes who they get their chicken breast from as my family used to love those sandwiches but have noticed that they’re just not right anymore. Likesaid, I really appreciate how knowledgeable she was about the subject. Me myself have never tried those sandwiches but everything else from carls is absolutely amazing to me. Will definitely return!!

Extremely rude, petty and spiteful. I tried to confirm the order at the drive thru and I was met with hostility. They intentionally gave me the wrong drink, undercooked poppers, and I didn't check the burger at that point I wasn't taking the risk of a foreign substance because how dare I confirm and specify my order. I'm not sure how in less than a decade the wages have doubled and the standards have been cut in half. The shift lead then began to pretend to be the manager and flex a fake made up salary that wasn't in line with what the company advertises. Fought me the entire way getting a refund and tried making their crippling incompetence my problem while they brag about their money.(even though I make over twice that) Absolutely beyond disgusting behavior. On a side note, I worked here a very long time ago and the chicken was always kept on shelves that were covered in mold. Health inspectors do your thing.

DON'T GO THROUGH DRIVE THRU AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ORDER WRONG! I went through Drive Through for "so called" CONVENIENCE but found out that's not the case with this location. I get home and the order is WRONG? Call and after four tries, someone pick up. I ask for a manager to complain and get "Laura" some punk kid who says, "No Supervisor is in charge but I'm the lead!" Far from being anything close to someone who cares and doesn't give me the managers name when I ask for it? Horrible service and no accountability for the screw up! DON'T GO TO DRIVE THRU AT THIS LOCATION, THEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR ORDER AND THEY DON'T CARE!
