Scamming me on my fries. Sometimes I wonder why I ever order large fries from chic fil a they never even fill the box.

11/29/25 10:24am Stopped by Chick-fil-A today and the experience was disappointing. No one acknowledged me at the counter, even though it wasn’t busy. I waited for my order without any update, and I even noticed a bag sitting ready but didn’t want to assume it was mine since no one checked or communicated with me. Definitely not the level of service I’m used to from Chick-fil-A.

When our Uber Driver dropped off from this location I initially thought our order had been tampered with. But the bag was sealed. They partially filled a medium fry and fill the soda three quarters full. Little disappointing for a nearly $20 meal.

This is the second issue I encountered. The first one I didn't do anything about it, I figured it was their first week and it was crowded. Today I went through the drive through again and got the wrong order again!!!! I called and they don’t answer, left a message but nothing yet. I got Korey’s order I believe he was next to me because I did hear his name when the guy asked him for it 🤦🏻♀️ plus the line takes for ever.

New location ! Zack, Jackson, and the rest of the staff were so kind, efficient, and friendly. The food was great too! Definitely coming back to this location.

I get this location is new and I should give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I went in yesterday and today and while waiting I was not even acknowledged. The waiting monitor showed my food was ready yet I waited 5 minutes before having to get ANYONE's attention to figure out where my food was. This was both yesterday and today.
This was also the first location I've experienced that skimped out on the fries. Fries didn't even fill fry box with 5 pieces of fries inside. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper and was given Diet Coke.
I might give this place another try but it might be worth just driving to the Tustin location.
Y'all need to do better, new location is not an excuse.
This branch just opened a few weeks ago, honestly it was a good experience specially my kids , the employees were so friendly and helpful, very clean specially the bathrooms and my kids were so happy with this kind of the handle so they don’t need to open the door by their hands directly and the design outside amazing

Don’t recommend using the mobile thru. The QR code wasn’t working so we had to go into the restaurant to check in, and took over 30 min. To get our food. Recommend doing carry out instead. Customer service was great though
