Terrible customer service. Ran out of food items after ordering online and store manager is unable to provide a refund. It's 8pm and already ran out of food items. Stop taking orders online if you're unable to fulfill the orders and can't refund customers.

I ordered a barbacoa burrito bowl, 75% of the barbacoa (beef) was a huge chunk of inedible fat, in the bottom of the bowl. I also got chips, which were stale... I won't be eating here again.

Horrible portions way less than other locations literally ordering chips would been waste still is rather go to another store location after today.

Restaurant was decently clean but very messy with napkins everywhere. My biggest gripe was the portion sizes, I asked for chicken in my bowl and he looked at me and gave me the smallest scoop of chicken I have ever had it was like 4 pieces of chicken. I then looked at him and he wouldn’t look me in the eyes and he knew he jipped me. I then had to ask for another scoop and he laughed because he knew the first scoop he gave me nothing it was honestly sickening. The food didn’t even end up being great and I didn’t feel great after. Would never go to this location again ever

THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE OUT THERE! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. They changed their policy to scam and rip you off. They put the meat into a tiny to go thing to measure a smaller portion and then even shake our more meat. You get barely any meat. TRUST ME DO NOT COME HERE. I WILL BE POSTING ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA WITH MY HUGE FOLLOWING TO GET THIS CHIPOTLE OUT OF BUSINESS. they also have terrible customer service. Trust me it’s a scam. They give you barely any meat. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and been going my whole life. I will support other places from now on. They lost a customer because of their terrible service and new policy to give you tiny portions. Please do not support a scam business like this one. They should be ashamed and are losing customers. Horrible ran management team, employees and ownership. Terrible location. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

The worst Chipotle location I've visited.Employees are just aweful. They act like the customers are a hassel, and they're very messy when handling food. Gross!They seriously need to be trained in customer service.

Trashy looking restaurant. Only good experience was when the nice burrito maker Patrick got my order right and I complimented his hat and he told me to come back again. Give this man a raise.
