Went in for my mobile order at 1:10 on November 28th. I picked up my order and drove back to work to open it to this baby diarrhea colored guacamole that someone so confidently slapped onto this bowl and thought “yup looks good to me”! It’s like they took the 4 day old guacamole containers and just mixed it with all the other buns of 4 day old guacamole and thought “this’ll be good for the mobile orders”. When I drove all the way back at around 1:40 I was told there was nothing they could do about it because it all came from the same batch! The guy at the mobile order station didn’t bother to look at my bowl, just excuses and offered me a bag of chips if I wanted! No sir I’d like to be able to eat my $18 bowl without it smelling and tasting like the compost pile in the back of a Ralph’s. I was told to go through the app and do the process for a refund that way. Absolutely mind blowing to me that someone so confidently put that guacamole on and thought it was good. And then when I come back they claim that they’re all the same. That guacamole was not made fresh that day, and if it was the avocados must have all been bad considering it was brown all the way through. What a joke. And no I didn’t get the chips either.

Actually I don't like places where you choose every item for your food the food is good but I like a sit down place where you just order something because it's made the way you like it instead of choose what you want on your food.

This is our local Chipotle we go to.

Visited for Dodgers Day that Chipotle was hosting. Wear a DODGER GEAR get BOGO entree from 4-8 pm, we got there @ 4:07 pm. 11.06.25

Lines were moving in a good rate, not too long of a wait at all. Associates were on top of it and always so nice, friendly.

Food is decent for an Americanized Mexican restaurant. The food chain is known for making your own bowls, burritos & salads.

Veggies, salsas, and everything has been fresh and never a disappointment here.

My teen son loves it here. Just i feel a bit pricey but the burritos are huge!

I’ve ordered from this place twice and I think it’s the best location I’ve been to. Food is always super fresh and they pack it to the brim!!! For some reason everything tastes better here- guac, the ingredients, etc. Our new fav location!!

The quality and consistency of flavor is well below average compared to other Chipotle locations.

Example: I had a big chunk of lettuce stem in my guacamole side.

Another time I had burrito where the white rice was so dried out it was like eating pebbles of rocks. Literally had to be spitting out the little rocks cuz they were completely hard.

On the positive side, the operational speed of the store is quick. They prepare food quickly.

I couldn’t even eat my burrito. My boyfriend is not picky and he didn’t finish his. The rice was all clumped together. It was very soft and mushy. The guac was unbearably salty. Waste of money.

This is my second time coming to this Chipotle, and I've had great experiences both times. The most recent, being today, was fantastic. Aaron (hope I spelt that right) is an amazing worker! He greeted everyone and made their order in such a quick and effortless manner. He was very polite and that's something you don't see every day. I felt like leaving a review because I was very satisfied with the customer service here. Thank you.

Order chips and queso and the chips were stale so I went back to to extra he and a worker said “well they can’t be because they were made this morning” will not be coming back.

This was the worst Chipotle ever. Now I know why nobody was in there at lunch time. There were bones in the chicken. I ate 5 bites none of the chicken editable. This is the only review I have done but I couldn’t let anyone risk giving it to their kids they would have choked for sure.

Worst chipotle in America

I have been in this store a few times now for its delicious food and service. I”m most specifically impressed by Harmaan’s impeccable service. He easily recognizes returning customers and he is always amiable and accommodating. Sometimes it just takes one good memorable service to make customers come back and he is one of them.
