The games are fun, and they rotate them around the room, so it's a "new" experience every month or so (like Costco). The food is overpriced. Ordered dip n dots today and for $6 only received a very small 1/4 cup full. It's definitely not worth it. The prizes are underwhelming. If you go more than 2-3 times, the $7.99/mo deal is worth it (for 40 games per day). Their trampoline section is small and its a better deal just to go to Skyzone or somewhere similar.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday at Chuck E. Cheese with 25 kids and 35 adults, and overall, it was a great experience. The kids had a blast, and the food was exceptionally good—far better than I expected for a place like this! Everything was well-organized, and my daughter and her friends had an amazing time playing games and running around.

However, there were a couple of issues that took away from the experience. The show was underwhelming—the speaker volume was too low, making it hard to hear, and Chuck E. himself didn’t do much besides giving high-fives to the birthday stars. Not a huge deal, but it definitely could’ve been more engaging.

The biggest disappointment was the staff member assigned to the trampoline area. We were fully aware that socks were required, and while one child accidentally went in without them, the way the employee handled the situation was completely unnecessary. Instead of addressing it calmly, he made a huge deal out of it—even after we explained that the parent was literally at the register purchasing socks at that moment.

Even worse, this same staff member was extremely rude to a parent whose child is autistic, which was unacceptable and upsetting to witness. Every child deserves to have a great time, and the way he handled the situation was unprofessional and lacked basic kindness.

Despite this, the party itself was fun, the food was fantastic, and most of the staff did a great job keeping things running smoothly. If Chuck E. Cheese improves their staff training—especially in handling situations with more patience and understanding—this would have been a perfect experience.

Kid-friendliness: Place is designed for kids. If they are old enough to walk, they have something fun to do here.

We recently moved into the area and our boys wanted to visit the local Chuck E Cheese. We decided to visit on a Monday as it would be less busy. Our experience ended on a negative note with the Owner, who was clearly annoyed my boys refilled their drinks, ABRUPTLY asked myself and my boys to check for our hand stamps. I know this may be standard practice but we were the only 4 people in the place!! We were the only ones there for over an hour and clearly paid for the games and pizzas with drinks. The server behind the counter heard and was clearly paying attention and said we were good to go. The owner needs to work on his customer service skills as customers should not be made to feel like criminals or trespassers. We were thinking of hosting our kids' joint parties here along with two other parents but will definitely not go ahead with a booking.

On another note, the seat and table we were on were sticky and not as hygienic as expected.

This is one of the cleanest and organized C.E.C.

Staff is attentive, we had a little hiccup with payments being charged twice, but they were quick to note it.

Overall, it's a great place to spend a little time with our granddaughter.

Great time for the kids. My nephew's birthday went off with a blast. Staff was so friendly. Very accommodating. Though very busy, they were still very polite.

Good place for fun for kids.
Service needs some improvements though as it gets busy some days sometimes and should call for help but they don’t for some reason.

I remember the golden age of the cheese, but now , facing hard times they nickel and dime you until it's not even worth it. Honestly, everything is a dollar here , 2 dollars there. Their newest addition is a neat jumping area that is trampolines ( think skyzone) kids went crazy when they saw it. I let them in and ordered food. Came back to them asking for wrist bands. Appearently it cost extra to play. 10 bucks per kid, for the socks . Which btw are not reusable. So if you have 4 kids like me, it's 40 bucks each time . Outrageous. Not worth it, won't be back
