Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. Both times I have been to this location, there have only been 2 workers. One of the sandwiches was not prepared right and none of them had lettuce. Will not be visiting this location ever again.

Did the drive thru and had very friendly service! Only been here once before and the sandwich and fries were delicious and freshly made to order. Will be coming back again

Horrible. I’ve only been to Clyde’s a handful of times and it seems every time I go they’re out of something. Today I placed my order for an original sandwich combo. Come to find out no slaw. Seriously! How can u have a Clyde’s burger without slaw? Not only that, no ketchup, no potatoe salad no Mac n cheese, and once I got home I notice I had no sauce on my burger. How can you serve one type of sandwich and be out of everything that makes it good. Horrible experience. I will not be eating at Clyde’s ever again. If I could rate this experience a ZERO I would.

Chicken was very dry and way overcooked like it was put back in the fryer to reheat after it sat for a while, wife and I couldn't eat it and we were charged another 1.25 for ranch to try and choke it down ha,we won't be back here

Clyde's is a pretty good chicken strip place. The heat options are tasty, but be aware they are hot. It's on the expensive side for what it is, which is ok if you catch it on a good day. However, sometimes the portion sizes are like half of what they typically are, the chicken can be severely overcooked, etc.. it might be a training or staffing issue. That said, the staff are always very helpful and friendly, it's mainly a food issue. Your mileage may vary.

Location was closed due to a local power outage, but they allowed us to place an order for pickup even though they were closed, so they charged us and we actually drove there at which time we found out they were closed. After contacting them the next day, they said they can refund the charges…no real apology or consideration for the inconvenience.. tells you what kind of a company they are..they charge premium prices for their sandwiches but give sub-premium customer service. ?

Slow drive thru line. Easily 20 min wait with just one car in front and one behind me. The girl in the window was nice and offered a free shake for our time but it's probably the last time we'll come because of the wait time.

We came here for a late dinner. Heather was so helpful. We appreciate her so much and really enjoyed talking to her and getting her help. The food was amazing. It was fresh and tasted really good. We ordered wings, a sandwich, and chicken and waffles. I'm so happy the prices are affordable again. Please bring back the tater tots. My son was asking for this and I didn't realize it wasn't on the menu. Just an idea, if you do bring back the tots, maybe do a loaded tots with chopped chicken on the top. Yum!
