I arrived at this location for dinner through the drive Thur and was greeted but the ordering process
Felt like if I was the employee
I proceeded with ordering and asked for a four piece
And she replied with okay!
Am normally asked if combo or not , style of fries and drink but wasn’t even asked as I stated it felt like I was talking the order and working
Employee didn’t seem any interest an engaging with customer or being there to work
Overall customer service is poor and can improve

Clyde’s Hot Chicken is always so good! The owner, John was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. On top of that, the chicken is always so fresh and delicious! I would argue that Clyde’s Hot Chicken is better than Dave’s Hot Chicken! 10/10 experience always!!!

I came in through the drive through and was waiting for 5 minutes and no one greeted me. I pulled up and there was a truck waiting, waited for 5 minutes and he also didn’t move. Came inside and there’s 3-4 workers standing around talking. Took 25 minutes to get a combo.

We have been fans since Clyde’s came to Placentia! Our last several visits have been frustrating since the “machine is down “ when try to collect the earned points.

The owner John was super nice ! Came to make sure my friend & I were taken care of. He was awesome & great first experience at Clyde’s.

First time eating at this restaurant and had a great experience. The manager went out of his way to make my first visit enjoyable and memorable. I had the OG chicken sandwich (hot as cluck) and it was fantastic. Just the right amount of spice. Everything was made fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were super friendly. Even have TVs inside with the game on to pass the time while you wait for your order. Nothing but good things to say about this place and can't wait to return... maybe for breakfast. Chicken and waffles...Check it out. You wont be disappointed!

Stopped by other day and Gee where do I start? First my food was horrible burnt buns that were somehow cold and fries hard was like eating chips or rocks. Think I interrupted a movie cashier was watching and man the music from kitchen is too loud I can here the cuss words glad I didn't bring my child to eat. On top of it all the wait time was way too long for a sandwich combo. I've visited all the other locations won't return to this one live close by I'll make the drive to other stores. If I'm going to wait that long cook my food properly!

We are the only ones in the restaurant and they still haven’t brought our food. It’s literally been 30 minutes plus. They have lots of workers so I don’t know what’s the hold up, maybe they’re slacking off. They are young workers so I wouldn’t doubt it

I waited over 10 minutes just to pay and still waiting to get my food. Have been waiting for 20 minutes now in the drive thru and im the only one here. Ridiculous!
