Horrible service when you walk in the staff is just in the back hanging out talking slow to come to the front and take your order then when they get your order wrong and don’t put all your items in the bag, they will argue with you that you didn’t order them Even if you have a order number they tell you that they can’t look up your order number so you can prove that they did not give you your.

Submitted an app order a little bit after 6pm yesterday, both the app & the email I received clearly specified "drive-thru". After standing in the long drive thru line for 15 minutes, they tell me I can only pick up online orders from the drive thru after 10pm!! Being tired & hungry I just went inside to pick up my order without arguing, but I don't understand this new "rule" nor why it wasn't specified clearly in the app. Needless to say, this has been my favorite branch, but I won't be back here again

Unfortunately we've been consistently let down at this location. From multiple burnt cheese quesadillas, to a long black hair in my burrito, and getting the wrong food items on several occasions, I had to stop going to this particular location. I wrote to Corporate once about the burnt quesadillas which they sent me a $5 coupon but, I gave up after the hair in my burrito and incorrect food items. The other locations seem to get it right but, are a further drive so we don't end up ordering from Del Taco as often as we'd like.
