I always have a good experience here. Even when I'm with my little picky-eater niece. Lol. She gets the bean abs cheese burrito. No sauce, light lettuce, light cheese, and light beans. Lol. They make it perfect every time. The fries are usually fresh and hot. I have not been inside yet, but the service is always prompt and good. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.

So this Del Taco has the rudest manager that I’ve ever dealt with. Older Asian woman during days is the manager of the whole store. She’s extremely rude. She lies, and I caught her in a lie today and the assistant manager had to help me. This is a high traffic area in the area is very beautiful so you would need a manager that has decent conflict resolution skills along with a pleasant bedside manner. From what I understand, this manager gets complaints on a daily basis. The complaints are not about the food. The complaints are about her service And her rudeness. I will be also leaving a yelp review and I will be contacting Del Taco corporate.

I was waiting for my takeout, and I saw the staff finish packing it right in front of me. However, instead of handing it to me right away, she went to the back and chatted with other staff member before finally giving me my food. Why would she do that? Was she trying to upset me on purpose? It made me question whether the staff are properly trained in basic customer service.
I arrived at 3am to the listed open 24 hour Del taco here and found the employee laying down and on his phone in the dining area. He did not acknowledge the door bell that's installed on the door, me at the drive thru, or knocking on the window. He simply slunk back down and I could hear his phone speakers. What a joke.

Better than most of the fast food places I don't go to anymore. They do talk to you here. They don't act like their annoyed you come to the counter to order. This location has always been kept clean. It's one of the few I go to their always friendly . The service is fast thank you
