worst customer service. The sign says call when you arrive to pick up. so I call and the conversation goes like this "Hi! I'm here to pick up" staff responds with "and?"
I was so confused?! and...what? so I said and I'm outside... and he said no! and what's the name on the order?
Do NOT recommend.
I always order an extravaganza and lately it just keeps coming back bad ..Taste awful...when I told the manager he just argued with me if it doesn’t taste good it doesn’t taste good simple ..Solution that you just make it right .I will never come back then when they remade it they just slopped it together and handed it to me I’m over it don’t need to come back I don’t know if they change recipes or management or what but they need to improve themselves seriously they...read full review
Took over a hour to get order, and then arrived incorrect. Phone customer reps were rude and unhelpful. Find a local place to spend your money. We definitely will next time!
