This is less of a review for this specific Dominoes, the staff was great and very friendly. The pizzas I've gotten from the past three locations seem to be getting worse over the past few months. So much sauce and so little cheese.. :/ what happened to my deep dish pizzas?.. :(

Please hire a delivery person that knows how to read. Gave exact instructions. Gave exact address and apartment #. Even gave him my location by sharing it on iPhone. He was still lost. Not saying who it was or when. Doesn’t deserve to lose his job over this. Spent 10 minutes on the phone telling him he should just follow the location I sent him over text. Tipped him $5 despite everything.

Ordered online. There was no problem with the delivery or with the pizza. However, there was an issue with my e-receipt and what was charged to my CC company. Somehow there was an additional $5 charge to my card. Reported this to Domino's and my CC company. Received a call from Domino's Placentia and was told I added an $8 tip. I explained I did not and have the e-receipt which I can provide to them. He said he did not need it. He asked did I want the $8 refunded or $5 refunded. I stated only the $5 that was added to my bill. Later, I received a call I believe from their site manager who wanted to confirm some CC information for my refund. I offered to email my Domino's e-receipt but she did not need it. She said she will process a $5 refund. Uncertain if this is a ordering system glitch but if not, I think this would be considered wire fraud if someone is electronically increasing payments without customer input / notification. If paying by credit or debit card, I strongly suggest you verify what is actually being posted and that it meshes with your e-receipt.

They changed us. 10 different times. The Internet. Was messing up . No body could help us. They were not accepting. Order over 50 dollars . So we had to do two different orders. Just to get out order. Then. There phones were down. Just alot of stress

Because I did not order online, they could not give me the 10.99 pepperoni pizza no exceptions-so I paid 19.99 Because I did not order online, I walked in, totally ridiculous!! Some people do not have access or choose not to have access to online ordering!! Will never Patronize this dominoes again Domino’s on Santiago Canyon and imperial will accommodate you so I suggest you go there instead of this Domino’s Pizza here in Placentia and Cherry and Placentia Avenue.

Didn’t want to be “that guy” complaining, but I feel if they know at time of order or acceptance, it’s going to take over an hour, they should warn you. Pickup order took 1:20mins. Tracker still said “prepping”.

After 1:15mins all employees could offer is “sorry, you’re welcome to cancel order”. Even when it was “ready”, still took 5mins to cut and pack.

Waited almost an hour for my food! The managers really need to take a look at who they have working here. She started my order at 9:59. I didn’t get it until 10:50. She left it sitting out not cooking. It wasn’t until a gentlemen came and looked for my order that it got made. She tried saying she didn’t find it after telling us 10 minutes prior it needed 10 more minutes. She never made my order. She has pizzas just sitting there not cooking. The man that came, He’s delivering pizzas he came back got a few orders started and left again for another While she still preparing to make orders that aren’t getting cooked. He was amazing. I don’t catch his name but he actually is getting things done.

The pizzas were made on time. With all the correct ingredients. I was waiting, and they may have wanted to get me my pizzas fast, and the pizzas were UNDERCOOKED. The pizzas also had so little pizza sauce that it was dry without flavor.

We’re very disappointed at this Domino’s Store , they didn’t have our order ready and we had to wait 15 mins , they had no salad available . The pasta was burnt and the they didn’t even fill half the container.
