We’re very disappointed at this Domino’s Store , they didn’t have our order ready and we had to wait 15 mins , they had no salad available . The pasta was burnt and the they didn’t even fill half the container.

Today we placed an online order and the option they gave us was to pick up the 3 pizzas at 10:30am. Surprise today they didn't open or the employee arrived late. The schedules for today were that they would open at 10am. I understand that it is a holiday and that you decided to take the day off, but it is not a pleasure that you allow to take orders and make us waste time to go to your location for the order.

First time at this location, first thing I noticed was a delivery driver by the name Mohammed came back from a delivery ,shortly after he put on his apron and started making pizza after whipping his nose. Noticed some of the other drivers doing the same. Needs to wash his hands . How unsanitary for this establishment. What was manager on shift doing and how can they allow team to work like that. Said pizza would be ready in 15 min took 50 min . Everyone seemed to be really stressed out.

I used to order pizza frequently here, always solid. Accidentally placed an order at the location after I moved away and Rolando was able to sort it out for me - he has great customer service and was really helpful and kind.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN Domino's pizza in placentia.IT IS THE WORST! They never try to help when you tell them that you are unhappy! They don't offer to reimburse or replace or do anything else. Whoever the supervisor that came on the phone Tonight did not know how To make it right or please a customer.If you're expecting thin pizza like the Brooklyn was, DO NOT ORDER The New York Style!The New York Style is a joke! it is exactly the Hand toss pizza. They even cut it in eight pieces instead of the six, it says it's supposed to be thin and you can fold, well you can't fold Hand toss pizza so it's a lie.Worst of all they did nothing to try to help us or redo it thinner, or do something!!!!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED IN ALL DOMINOES PIZZA!!!!!!!
