This is the worst experience I have ever had with my order. We ordered online and went to pick it up but the order wasn't ready when my husband arrived and he had to wait over 25 minutes. When he got home all the side cups where missing even when the only person working said they where in the box. When we opened the pizza there was 3 pieces of sausage and 12 mushrooms on it. I tried calling the store and waited over 45 minutes on hold and finally got so frustrated I finally hung up. I'm DONE WITH DOMINOS

Second time ordering pickup from the location and both times I waited over an hour for the tracker tell me it’s ready. Only to find out after I arrive that I have to wait ANOTHER hour because they’re backed up. I don’t understand how the tracker can tell me it’s ready when it hasn’t even started being prepared.Both times seemed very busy but still TWO AND A HALF HOURS FOR ONE PIZZA?! That’s ridiculous.Nothing even offered to compensate either time.

My order was for a pick-up. I was charged $30 for a large pepperoni pizza and one order of twists. I thought that was too pricey! Then I got home and realized I was given a cheese pizza! Complicated to reach them by phone as now they have an operating service taking the phone orders. I don't think I'll be ordering from Domino's.

Paid for extra cheese, but it was closer to having no cheese at all. Tasted like they turned someone else's returned order into mine, and ran it through the oven again.

Aggressive drivers, poor assistant manager who does nothing to stop the behavior either. I'll be calling again and again until I get the GM, because under no circumstances is threatening to assault people okay and that's exactly what this overly aggressive driver did to my friend. I was there, we work together at the same spot. I saw everything. So did our boss who explicitly told the assistant manager to NEVER send that driver back here. Know what the response was? "We only have 1 driver, so if an order comes in for that location I'll be sending him."Sounds like someone doesn't know the definition of "private property".
What a disappointing of experience. My thin crust was burnt and dry, it was so bad I had to throw in the trash .The BBQ chicken pizza hardly has any chicken, it literally had slices with no toppings whatsoever. I never ever ever order Dominos for the same reason, I figured to give it another chance and what a mistake that was. You wonder why this company is failing . I’ll be sticking to Little Ceasar’s, they never fail me.

I have never been so disgusted with a food establishment and how they treat their customers. Last night I placed an order by phone to the Placentia location at 11:11pm. The man took my order and preceded to tell me my order would be here in 20-30 minutes. About 45 later, no sign or word from dominos thus no pizza.This wouldn't have been so bad except for I was not able to ambulate due to my arthritis. When I placed the order I told my daughter that dominos said they would be here in 20-30 minutes, so she went home. This morning I contacted the store spoke to the manager and explained what had happened and how upset I was when they didn't show up with my food. Well she passed the buck saying it was a call center error. I said ok I will call the call center she quickly stated it would do not any good as the call center would just put the blame on the store.So here's my message to Dominos, please train your management and staff to correctly do their job, be accountable for their actions but most of all remember how they stay in business, The customers! If they don't have good customer service skills they won't be keeping their customers. I am pretty upset at the lack of skills the female manager has shown. Be aware if your hungry and counting on having food delivered you might want to check out a more reliable source.
