The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Service throughout the meal was smooth and well-paced, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food itself was excellent. The sushi was extremely fresh, with great attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. Each piece tasted clean and well-balanced, and you could tell that quality ingredients were being used. Nothing felt rushed or overly commercial — everything was prepared with care. The menu also offers a nice variety, making it easy to find options whether you prefer classic rolls or something a bit more creative. What really stood out to me was the consistency: great food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere all working together. !! AYCE !! ALL YOU CAN EAT IN THE PLACENTIA / BREA AREA - we had our family christmas day dinner here and it was amazing! Our server Eileen was abousultly phenomenal. She was very patience with us and help us learn and understand the menu. We ordered everything rolls,mussels, miso soups ,wraps and appetizers. It was all so good! Thank you Hello Sushi!

This is hands down my favorite sushi place in the area. The owners are great people and deserve all the business! The food is the freshest and most high quality you will be able to find for the price. Their prices are extremely competitive and there’s no beating the all you can eat sushi. For lunch 29.99! Every single server and sushi chef are wonderful and give great service. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Now that I’ve gone here no other place compares and I refuse to go anywhere else!

The sushi is poor quality. Most of it tastes like it wasn't defrosted properly and has poor texture. The person making the rolls literally doesn't know what they're doing, the menu doesn't match what we received (also poor quality). Service was horrible, no regular, never got napkins we asked for, waited 20 minutes for the check and ended up almost walking behind the counter to get it myself. Will not be returning!
Overall, the food was actually good. It's just that I got food poisoning. I was the only person who had salmon skin hand roll and I had projectile vomit two hours later. Since I only eat one meal a day, there is nothing else that could have caused this issue. I would like to give it a second chance because the overall experience was good.

I've been coming here for about 8 months now. It's about 10 miles from my house but totally worth the drive. Last call is at midnight on the All You Can Eat, after pm there is a discount on Forgien beers and Soju. The house Sake is great, all the food is awesome along with the whole staff! Dalia ( the server ) is great and always makes sure we have everything we need and very friendly. The owner Eileen is often working here just as hard as her staff, and the chef is always on point with ever dish!
