Though a bit pricey for their non-all you can eat menu items the food is super fresh and really good tasting. Service was impeccable. Can't wait to go back!

I've been coming here for about 8 months now. It's about 10 miles from my house but totally worth the drive. Last call is at midnight on the All You Can Eat, after pm there is a discount on Forgien beers and Soju. The house Sake is great, all the food is awesome along with the whole staff! Dalia ( the server ) is great and always makes sure we have everything we need and very friendly. The owner Eileen is often working here just as hard as her staff, and the chef is always on point with ever dish!

Hello Sushi has quickly become one of my favorite spots for fresh, flavorful sushi and an all-around fantastic dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

The menu is diverse and full of creative options, all beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. Whether you're into classic rolls or looking to try something bold and new, Hello Sushi delivers every time. The Dragon Roll and Spicy Tuna are always a hit, and the tempura is perfectly crisp without being too heavy.

But what truly sets this place apart is the service — and that’s where Dalia comes in.

Dalia is an absolute gem. She’s attentive without being overbearing, always has a smile on her face, and genuinely makes you feel like a valued guest. Her knowledge of the menu is impressive, and she offers thoughtful recommendations based on your taste. It’s clear she cares about each customer’s experience, and it shows in every interaction. Dalia added such a positive energy to our visit that we’re already looking forward to our next meal here.

If you’re looking for great sushi, a comfortable vibe, and outstanding service, Hello Sushi — and especially Dalia — is where you want to be!

Had an amazing experience at Hello Sushi! The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Service was quick and attentive the whole time. The sushi was incredibly fresh and high quality. Everything from the nigiri to the specialty rolls tasted great, and you could tell they put care into each dish. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

I took my don’t to Hello Sushi on 4/9/25 and we ordered the “all you can eat” sushi. We ordered a lot of Albacore because that really what we like and let me tell you that when the food came out and I looked at the Albacore, my stomach turned. I love Albacore because it is a very clean white meat tuna and this Albacore was BROWN! Along with that, the texture of the tuna was grainy and didn’t seem fresh at all. I called my waiter over and told him that we had lost our appetite and just wanted to pay for what little we did eat such as the miso soup, salad and shrimp tempura that we could tell was frozen and then flash fried due to how tasteless and soggy it was and the Dr. Pepper I drank. The waiter told me that he had to text the owner because there was no way I was going to pay $72 plus tip for that gross food. After 10 minutes I asked him if she responded and he said no! I need up offering him $20 for the food and a $10 tip for him because it was not his fault. I did ask him if he even saw the Albacore and he said yes and then I asked him if he would eat it himself and he looked at me and shook his head No! To the owner…. Quit charging a lot of money for crappy old fish. You will be out of business soon if you continue. My God! You are serving raw fish and if you are so cheap to not have fresh product what is going to happen when a customer gets
Botulism? Seriously, clean your act up and quit cutting corners.

The rolls we alright but the nigiri was horrible some of the rice in it was so mushy and the fish did not taste fresh at all, the “premium” bluefin tuna disappointed completely would no go here again

The service is abysmal. If you're doing all you can eat, expect a giant wait between rounds, they take forever to come around, holy crap. I think they do it on purpose to dissuade you from getting AYCE, since it's not as profitable. There is no way the servers are this bad without actively trying to be....

edit 05/10/2025:
Gave them another chance. They've improved their service. I added a star.

Good sushi. Kids AYCE is only $20.

One of the worst sushi spots I have been to and I have been to dozens in OC.

The service is horrible. It smells like some fruity cleaner to mask the fishy smell caused by poor refrigeration and ventilation. They have the raw fish out at room temperature so everyone gets food poisoning?

Mr. Eyeball

The food can only be described as alright for the price. The fish isn't very fresh. I got some plastic wrap in my sushi pieces. They also put vinegar in their rice to mask the taste of their fish. There are definitely way better ayce sushi around.

Kind owners and nice spot for AYCE sushi!
