We went to IHOP by Kraemer and Chapman Ave. We were greeted with a smile and were seated right away. I tried their 55+ breakfast and it was very tasty! What's more, if you are 55+ and order from the regular menu, you get 10% off of the price! My husband and I will be regulars at this restaurant! ?

It's an iHop, what can I say. The food isn't the highest quality but it's good for what it is. Good breakfast foods at a decent price with ok service. Last time I was here they forgot my toast and brought it out after I already finished my eggs and bacon. The waiter seemed a little confused when I told him I didn't need it anymore but at least he took it off the bill. Not a big deal, these things happen. I'll definitely be back at some point.

Like coming here for pancakes but the last couple of times I've been I ended up with ice cold pancakes and they're the first things I eat when they come to the table also my eggs were super cold so I can only assume that my plate set up in the window for longer than 5 minutes which is really a shame that nobody is aware that food is sitting up there getting cold I think next time I will try original pancakes and see if they are any better I used to love IHOP not so much anymore

Loved the french toast combo, my friend had the pancake combo with strawberries. The eggs were perfect, french toast sublime. The service was impeccable. My bacon was a little overcooked for my liking and hash browns were under cooked. The ice tea was perfect as I like it with lots of ice. All in all a pleasurable experience, I'd go back.

I had a great experience this afternoon! Unfortunately, I did not get the host/waitresses name. She did a great job attending to all the customers on her own. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. 10/10

Ordered smoke house breakfast plate. ? States two jumbo sausage links. Came with two hot dog weenies. Gross combination. Chocolate milk was a bit sour. No more I hop for us.

Some of the food was not good. We ordered a breakfast in a bowl type of meal, and we couldn't eat it. It was overcooked, so it tasted weard, Kind of bitter.On the other hand, the tres leches pancakes were good.

Cristina, server #103 was professional, extra attentive and good energy. We had a big party of 25 and she didn’t get overwhelmed. She was fast and polite with every request. She made us feel at home and comfortable even though we had rowdy kids and screaming toddlers at our table, she made it seem like we were good guests. Cristina was family friendly and showcased great hospitality! Thank you for hiring her and the food was fresh delicious!
