Asked for my tacos to be fresh. They were not fresh and I ordered three orders of tacos and asked for one ranch and was told that the ranch is extra. What’s the point of asking what condiments I would like if you’re just gonna charge me extra and since when did the Jack-in-the-Box start charging extra for ranch with tacos?

Avoid this Jack, they screwed up my breakfast sandwich and when I returned the manager told me I should have opened the wrapper on the sandwich and checked it before I left and I double checked verbally with worker who handed it to me and they confirmed it was all correct! But it was my fault the manager stated!

Why this restaurant allow non service dogs there is disgusting seen them inside spreading hair only I love this place but it disgusting seen animals inside when clearly they have the kitchen open near the desk🥹
Vegetarian options: The workers are very helpful and informative, giving my friend and I info on the best foods to try at the time we went there (3 a.m. French toast sticks... $5 secret combo deal!!), but a killer meal discount upon request! All we had to do was ask :) ["Any good deals going on right now?"]

These are some rude employees! it’s crazy cuz I’m sure they have they’re daily customers since they have work places around them. Usually when I come here, it’s between 12-1 and they are bussyyy. But cmon, the staff don’t need to be rude. I was a norm. Customer and then I started going elsewhere. The one time I decided to come back. Rude employee. I said thank you and everything, idk where the rudeness come from.
The worst part is when they make you go park in the front to wait for your food...but when they actually give you the bag, I guess the wait is worth it, right? ?
