We keep it simple and order the burgers and fries with an occasional pair of tacos if the mood is right. Family of 4 for around $20... can't beat that.

Ordered two hash browns on the same order. One was burnt and over cooked, the other was undercooked. My sandwich was almost dripping in grease and oil. And to top it off, I was given a faulty cup which leaked all over the place and made a huge mess. I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with this visit. Will be my last time at this location.

Tacos are still really good. But the Jr Chicken Sandwich has shrunk and was overcooked (probably need to adjust cooking times due to smaller sized patty). Might be why there was no one in the drive thru today.

I asked for BBQ sauce for my nasty chicken strips. I was given ranch. JitB ranch tastes like a corpse smells. Now I have a pile of inedible breaded chicken. You have wasted food, my time, and my money. NONE OF YOU DESERVE THE EXORBITANT AMOUNT YOU GET PAID!! You don't even know the difference between BBQ and ranch. They're even different colors!! Its no wonder they're closing a bunch of locations.
Food/service: ordered ult. Cheeseburger and got bacon in it (I'm Muslim so I paid extra and had to throw it out). Atmosphere: while I was in there someone stole a piece of my car door handle, shady untrustworthy area.

I come here every morning for my Vanilla iced coffee. Its a great restaurant, however, they keep forgetting to add the vanilla creamer to the vanilla iced coffee. All Ive been getting lately is a dark mocha, I come here specifically because they were the only ones who made the vanilla iced coffee correctly. Its really tough finding a jack in the box who actually makes it correctly.
Ive had friends who have worked at jacks before, and they also tell me its missing the vanilla creamer, the vanilla iced coffee should be a creamy whitish color and not a dark brown one.

15 minute wait for one person in front and then my food. They ran out of normal sized cups so they gave me a tiny cup for my drink and didn't even apologize. The wait completely ruins the idea of fast food, just go anywhere else but here.
