I come here every morning for my Vanilla iced coffee. Its a great restaurant, however, they keep forgetting to add the vanilla creamer to the vanilla iced coffee. All Ive been getting lately is a dark mocha, I come here specifically because they were the only ones who made the vanilla iced coffee correctly. Its really tough finding a jack in the box who actually makes it correctly.

Ive had friends who have worked at jacks before, and they also tell me its missing the vanilla creamer, the vanilla iced coffee should be a creamy whitish color and not a dark brown one.

15 minute wait for one person in front and then my food. They ran out of normal sized cups so they gave me a tiny cup for my drink and didn't even apologize. The wait completely ruins the idea of fast food, just go anywhere else but here.

Absolutely disgusting, everything in the place was dirty and trash on floor. Can't imagine what the kitchen looks like but the eating area and bathrooms were bad.

It's been open for an hour and a half but they couldn't be bothered to open the dining room. Guess I'm walking to your competitors donut shop... that place has more customers in the morning because their doors are actually open at this hour

I'm giving a 1 star rating for the owner of this Jack in the box It's 86° degrees out and he doesn't let the employees turn the AC Air on and they are sweating really bad and uncomfortable the AC is not broken or under maintenance he has A Lock on the Thermostat control to run it off and on so the good hard working employees can't turn it on poor people that work so hard and slave there way to make money for the company and they can't work in comfortable fresh air so this is to the owner there is no excuse or no lie you can give to justify your cruel actions it's really hot in here as I write this review!!!!

Of course, orders must always be accurate. Even at other burger places we frequent, they made the mistake of ordering without pickles several times. Everyone can make mistakes. I hope there will be no disadvantage to the person who received the order that day. He may have given it to me by mistake because he mistook it for another customer, but he was kind. The problem lies in the unpleasant attitude of the other person when I went to complain. In this case, an apology would come first, but let alone an apology, the rude attitude towards the customer is not only unpleasant, but it also ruins the mood of the day. It's okay to think that I wasted about $12, but I feel sorry for the child who didn't eat lunch when I went to work, the time wasted, and especially the unpleasant service. I don't leave feedback like this because it's annoying, but I'm taking the time to leave this to encourage you to pay more attention to employee training.

To the surprise of absolutely no one, this location choked AGAIN! I was the only one in the drive thru and STILL had to pull in front and wait. Got home to find the large fry MISSING! Why is something always MISSING? Nothing short of theft!

A $22 minimum wage for fast food employees and yet they STILL can't get a simple order right or hire anyone who speaks English at a basic level. I ask for a lime coke, I get a red Bull fusion drink at almost 3x the price. You want a 3rd sweet and sour for those egg rolls? Enjoy 3 buttermilk ranches. This is after I spent a good 10 minutes trying to explain my very simple orderThis is how I know these people aren't getting high school diplomas

I ordered multiple items in two different occasions and didn’t receive items on both of my orders on different days. I attempted to reach out to Jack in the Box via email and received no compensation for my lost product. The food I received was also lukewarm and barely edible. I have not had this experience at other locations. Avoid this location if you can.

Absolutely garbage and useless little kid employees. Locking the doors before 8pm. I walked from my apartment and they tell me to go to the drive-thru. I could train a monkey to do what these kids are supposed to be doing and the monkey would do it for free. Too bad there isn't someone supervising these entitled, snobby children. And they want to make over $20/hour lol
