Shout to Chris and the team for always being very friendly and welcoming. These are the best wings I have ever had! Their chicken and sauces are all packed full of flavor. You can not pass up on these!
A couple of days ago I decided that I would try JD’s Wingz & Thingz out because it had always caught my eye ever since it opened up and I grew up around this area. I was very impressed by the reviews that they already had and I believe that JD’s Wingz & Thingz has truly earned the amazing reviews they have!
As I entered I was greeted by the owner and he was extremely nice and welcoming. He helped give me some ideas and explained the menu to me. The environment was great and I loved their choice of music being from OC. I ended up ordering 20 Traditional Wingz for dine-in and selected Garlic Parm, Big C’s Hot Honey, Dirty Buffalo & Mango Habanero as my flavors.
The wings were absolutely amazing and some of, if not the best wings I’ve ever had. My favorite flavor was hands down the “Dirty Buffalo” which is a mix of Lemon Pepper + Mild Buffalo sauce. (Such a unique amazing mix of flavors). My 2nd favorite was the Hot Honey. It has tons of flavor and was amazing! The other 2 were good but I expected a little more flavor from them. These wings are a pretty good size and even me as a bigger person was not able to finish 20 Wings. I put down 15 and was full.
As I was eating the owner kindly allowed me to try one of their newest flavors in the makes called “Triple C” I believe which was a mix of Cajun, Chipotle & Citrus flavors which was also an amazing combination of flavors and super good!
If you’re around the area, please give JD’s Wingz & Thingz a try and I promise that you won’t be disappointed.
