This location would not honor a gift card when dollar amount on the gift card was verified by calling customer service number on back of gift card. Either the card reader was broken or the two employees were not familiar with gift card transactions or not taught properly. Won't be returning to this KFC location.

This KFC is still making the chicken and food as it's original sizes & taste. Mashed potatos & biscuits are made perfectly. French fries are top notch. Coleslaw is very good. Also got a chicken pot pie, which we love a lot. I highly recommend this restaurant and location. It's close to home too. Love the staff, always friendly and great customer service.

I hate to give a bad review and do not want to get anyone in trouble but the customer service is very bad. Please work with your staff.....We all have bad days...I like to give good reviews too but today I have to give a bad review...If a customer asks a yes/no question, you can just say "I am sorry I can not accommodate at this time"....do not throw a fit and be rude and make me feel uncomfortable picking up lunch at this location...be happy you have a job, in a nice city like Placentia...be happy you are in this part of the world safe from horrific wars....if the customer is not happy with extra crispy chicken, there is no need to take it personally and throw my tray away and act low class. Learn self respect and be grateful about the good things in life.

Today Erica the cashier was being really offensive not only to us as clients, but also offensive towards her coworker. When providing us with our food order. I truly understand if we sometimes made a mistake as clients and we don’t make ourselves clear when we want to order some food. still Erica is entitled to talk to any client Without Respect. Just because we simply made a mistake to order leg and tight bucket, and she understood that we wanted tenders.I apologize to her but still her attitude and comments were hurtful. I have attached my receipt with my order number so she’s more than welcome to double check that my backstory is truth.We always thanks to our clients because I get to put food on our table because of their service call I don’t know if Erica gets to put food on her table because of our consumption at this location.
