Came 7/12/23 and saw a customer come in with her dog. And the employees didn't say anything. They shouldn't allow dogs in places like theses. If it was a service dog then understandable. But the dog was barking and had no control.

This is the best ice cream place in the area. It's clean, never too crowded. Everything I've tried so far tastes wonderful, and the service is quick and great. This place offers samples, so be sure to come back often to try all these creative and unique flavours!

My favorite location because, other Michoacana's don't have the banana paleta that I love so much!!! Fresas con crema are a must try my childhood favorite snack! The quality and presentation of the paletas is great! One hundred percent well made authentic Michoacán style paletas done the right way! Other locations aren't as good as this one! Friendly staff, location always smells nice and clean and everything looks well organized! Only indoor seating available! Arriba Michoacán!

It looks good-but doesn't taste too good. They charge you for extra cream and the fruit is old and beyond ripe. With these prices and expecting the customer to pay extra for sides, the products offered should be made with only fresh ingredients at bare minimum.

Aside from the delicious snacks, michoacanas, chips, etc. this place is literally SPARKLING CLEAN which I seriously appreciate from all the staff and management.From the floors, to the counter tops, to the glass, to the tables, everything was immaculate. 5/5 well done on the upkeep.

I love this ice cream shop! Ever since they opened I haven't gone back to baskin Robbins. Their flavors are so delicious and they have so much variety. I have gone to other locations but this one seems to be the best one (which is awesome since it's the closest to my house). The staff is always super nice. During the most recent visit, Paulina made us a banana split and it was so delicious!
