came this morning and order 4 items. waited patiently for my food after 10min mark i asked for an eta on my food. they stated "gimme a moment." 2 mins later they came back with my food, it was just sitting there getting cold.

Counter service is non-existent at this location. Fries were luke warm and bitter. I went up to the counter, kid came up to clock in, saw me and did not even acknowledge me and walked away. He didn't call anyone to help me. I had to literally yell "excuse me" a couple of times to have someone come up and give me ketchup!

Horrible customer service, all the employees ignore you. I waited almost 15 minutes at the front of the line to just to pay. And they still ask for a tip when you to take your own order on the kiosk and still ignore and be rude.

awful service. Waited nearly 10 minutes to pick up my item for a mobile order and my item was sitting at the counter where you order for nearly all 10 minutes with no notification. When asked about all i got was oh well. Not even a apology. The bag was open and by the time I got home everything was cold.

My burger had no condiments and a burnt bun. One job, people, one job
Very slow service. Food is not hot or fresh. My fries tasted very old. Also the diet coke was flat and tasted like the machine had not been cleaned in awhile.

They don't always open at five. Not sure what happens but cars come in and have to leave cause they don't open at 5 every day even though it says it does. Technical difficulties maybe unsure
