Took me over 20 minutes to get my food at this location. It's not even peak hour it's 3:15pm. I order 2 double cheese burgers and nothing els even ordered ahead of time on the app. Giving these people 20$ an hr for slow food service shoulda went to a sit down restaurant. These people move like zombies.

I love going to this location, fast and excellent customer service, until today. I went through the drive thru for a big mac and medium fires but came out to be cold when I got home, seems like they left it out until someone ordered it. Fries were not filled to standard also. Not satisfied at all.

I went for the McRib. I don't know why they changed it but is is now TERRIBLE. The next day a friend told me they had also gone to their local McDonald's for the McRib and were also totally disappointed.
