I get food here five days a week, and sometimes more often. It is usually great.
Saturday morning I had to wait 15 minutes for curbside pickup watching cars that pulled into the drive through ten minutes after I ordered pull out and leave. ,And although my hash browns were good and fresh, my Egg and Cheese McGriddle was stale - I threw away half of it.

Your manager just tried to rip me off!! If you have someone stand out and take orders then they should repeat them to the customer so we can make sure they are right. They got my order wrong by giving me an orange juice with a happy meal when I ordered a lemonade. Then when I tried to fix it the manager said there was no refund because orange juice comes with the meal when I looked at the receipt I see drink up charge $.99. I enter inside the restaurant figuring that when I order two Egg white delight sandwiches, that I would quickly have my food. 6 minutes later, my food arrives. A group of at least 3 people ordered after me and were able to have their food before me. I acknowledge that there are other customers at the drive thru, inside the restaurant but to wait 6 minutes for food that should be finished quicker is puzzling.
