Horrible service. First off there was no line in the drive-thru. Second a customer was denied service for who knows what and seemed upset. I ordered my food then when I received it, it was missing the lettuce and condiments. Keep in mind I was the only person in line. It took 3 people to take my order and they all including a manager messed up the order. Their defense ? âOh you wanted everything on it ?â I never stated otherwise. Chinese girl taking the order is hearing impaired like can she not do other tasks? Simple tasks guys super disappointed first time I give McDonaldâs a shot in a while too. Never again !

Drive-Thru is usually pretty packed and kind of confusing to get in the line of the drive-thru. There is a one-way so you have to go back to the street and make a bunch of u-turns. Food like any other McDonald's nothing unexpected

Used the kiosk for my order, man behind the counter gave my order to someone else. Shift manager with way too many facial piercings tried to help by charging me more for my order. Walked out! What a cluster!

First time here in awhile, I know why now. 7pm Friday it looked like they had only 4 of the $20 per hour people working. 2 working the counter/drive-thru and 2 more in the kitchen. With a simple order at the drive-thru, I was sent to the âpenalty boxâ where I sat for 20 minutes. I went inside frantically trying to piece several orders together including mine. Itâs food is not getting any better. It proves that if you put enough seasoning, pickles, onion, ketchup together you can make anything taste ok, without, these are the worse burgers around.
