Extremely long wait

619am and employees can't get delivery out in timely matter. I've been waiting at this store easily 15-20 minutes for a customer's Uber delivery. These delivery orders should be ready when drivers walk in store to pick up. We don't make money standing around watching employees work at a slugs pace. I don't make money standing around and customers don't understand the system and take it out on the drivers which eventually drivers get kicked off the system for restaurants not having their ducks in a row. Civil lawsuits will ensue to the end of time re these delivery companies. #Uberdeliverydriver

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I believe this is a recurring theme at this actual McDonald’s. Came into the dinning to enjoy dinner with my son. Drive thru was very busy and The employees were doing their best to keep up with the orders on the drive-through. I stood there in line in the dining room for well over 15 minutes with multiple people walking by me not one person acknowledge that I was standing in line not one person acknowledge that I was in line and said oh I will be with you in a moment, so after 15 minutes, I did get a little frustrated and I asked excuse me. Does anyone take orders in the dining And a very rude lady told me that I was being rude and she would help us when she can . I live right around the corner from this store and this McDonald’s has always been one of the worse stores even before the remodel. I would avoid this store at all cost absolutely terrible customer service. You can tell that it’s a recurring problem. It obviously is the problem with management. I will never spend my money at this McDonald’s ever again.

It seems that the weekend employees are less productive than during the week most McDonalds I have been to are good during the week but weekend tend to have problems like waiting 20 minutes for cold food that was ready 20 minutes ago when I should have gotten it when it was hot.

On a rainy day, working for Uber Eats under the downpour with my shoes and socks completely soaked, doing $5 deliveries that take 7 miles and 30 minutes —not even counting all the extra distance you walk or drive looking for more orders— and dealing with drivers who don’t respect crosswalks, whether because of the rain or a lack of empathy, the day becomes exhausting. When your own family treats you poorly on top of that, your spirit breaks and everything feels heavier.

Today I came to pick up two orders, and the shift leader, Erick, decided to be the first courteous person I encountered all day. He offered me a warm drink in the middle of the cold. It may sound silly to some, but that small gesture of kindness and humanity was enough to make me cry.

I’m grateful that you have workers like him in a world where empathy and humanity seem harder and harder to find

Its a mid McDonalds, based on service and the inside seating area. Uh asked if I can use my app points, showed me on my phone and did it for me (havent used my points before). Turns out it was only to receive points. I confirmed with them prior to purchasing that was I using my points, they said yes. Then i check the receipt it wasn’t. They get visibly upset that I said I was charged for what I wanted to use my points towards. They were able to solve the issue. However it rubs me the wrong way how they handled the situation cuz they later came to my table to be like in the future blah blah in a condensing way.

Always weird people in there and the food takes WAY too long to be done. Waited for a doordash order for 40 MINUTES, not counting delivery time. Ridiculous

We spent a very Nice Time for lunch. The crew was very smiling and serviable. The burgers tasty, hot and smooth. I did appreciate also new chicken. And above all pumpkin pie. We ate inside the bright restaurant. I Will come back with my grandkids. Thank you the team

This is a busy location but they manage to get you through the drive thru relatively quickly considering the number of customers. They've made mistakes on my order in the past and the manager didn't hesitate to give me whatever I wanted to make it right. That's what inspired me to give the 5 stars. I think customer service is most important and the female manager(can't remember her name) handled it perfectly.

8/31/25 at 2:00 pm, I ordered chicken deluxe sandwiches paid for $6.39 when I oppen it no lettuce, no tomatoes just tiny bit than changes more because of extra stuff.
Manager had terrible attitude towards customers saying you have to pay for extra. Only you have to prepare looks like picture in the bulletin.
This location is worst. Charging for pricey then you have to make it right.

Came through the drive-thru around midnight and was surprised by how quick and smooth it went. The team was still friendly and energetic, even that late. Food was fresh, fries were hot, and they got the order right the first time. Great spot for a reliable late-night bite.

Had a busted drive thru display couldn't display kids happy meals. They dont like eating at restaurants so we got em what they wanted, they have no regrets.
