Before my bowl of soup could come out. I they said that they were out of bean sprouts. I then canceled my order for soup. This is 10:45am. Because I needed to leave and then. Our spring roll was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The grilled pork was nothing but fat had-0 flavor and not even cooked. Had to spit it out.

The restaurant has a modern, clean atmosphere, and the music sets a great vibe. The combo I ordered came with a generous amount of perfectly cooked meat, and everything tasted amazing. The server, she was working hard, super friendly, and very accommodating, which made the experience even better. I’m definitely coming back!

Read other reviews and decided to give a try, but waited almost 40 min for a bowl of pho at a table during dinner time on a Saturday evening, had give up waiting, it wasn’t that busy either. All I can say is was the result of a badly managed restaurant, one server does the cleaning, order taking, takeout and serving food. Manager is definitely responsible for the poorly functioned restaurant.

Had an unpleasant experience- I bought 2 orders of pork spring rolls and one pho with grilled brisket and 3 extra sides of grilled brisket. The total was $46.
I received sweet and sour sauce for the dipping sauce for the spring rolls instead of peanut sauce (as advertised and typically served with spring rolls). We ordered 3 extra sides of grilled brisket and instead received 3 sides of raw steak. Then I came to realize that they had given ZERO sriracha or Hoisin sauce with our $46 order. I was annoyed to say the least.

I came here to order the special combination beef Pho which was around a $17 bowl and they packed it to the brim which was it bang for my buck! The pho broth was flavorful, comforting, and hit the spot!
The owners and workers there were very caring and checked on how we were doing and I love the clean spacious interior and there is so much seating available.
I also really loved their Vietnamese coffee and their Thai tea drinks. I would just come here alone for those amazing drinks. Overall I would come back to this bomb restaurant in you're in the mood for some great authentic Vietnamese Pho!

SLOW SLOW SLOW. We ordered Pho and after 40 minutes waiting we just cancelled. The place looks nice amd clean and the gal was friendly
My husband and I came here for a nice evening out. The place was packed, and we were both surprised that there was only one person running the register, bringing the food out, refreshing beverages, and bussing tables ALL AT THE SAME TIME. We also found out he was helping in the kitchen! An Tran is a super hero. Even under the extremely stressful circumstances, he kept his cool, smiled, and provided excellent service to each customer. We'll be back just for him. The food was good too! :)

I had a great experience at PhoNatic today. Our lovely server took my shellfish allergy seriously and made sure to confirm that the dish was properly handled. I had no symptoms and was extremely happy. The broth and the beef were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Even my boyfriend who had just had braces put on was able to eat this easily. Prices were very reasonable and would love to come back and try this place multiple times.
