To not use "Touchless" option for delivery. Driver used it as an excuse for someone stealing my food. I was by my window the entire time and I have a Ring doorbell. The driver never came. They ended up remaking my order and I picked it up instead. No picture of it being placed at the door like Door dash, no accountability for delivery drivers.

Disgusting under cooked and hardly any toppings.No cheese or peppers you have to BUY a small container if you want.Also, employees take note, when some one goes out of the way to tip over 30% (because your cc machine didn’t even give an option)…. You say thank you!

I went in to order a personal pan pizza, first of all the girl at the counter was rude, told me one moment and proceeded to go over to the pizza oven remove and cut three pizza's and box them before returning back to take my order. She indicated my order would take 10-15 minutes. I ordered the pizza at 12:22. Went back in at 12:32, still not ready. Went back in at 12:37 and she indicated it had not been 10 minutes but only 7, which was incorrect. Because once I got home I looked at my original ticket. I went back in again and inquired about my pizza, she indicated it was almost ready, again, I mentioned the time. So my pizza finally comes out of the pizza oven and instead of giving me my pizza she proceeded to pull out and cut 2 other pizzas. When I inquired about my pizza this other guy who must be a delivery driver indicated they had a huge order to fill, again, she proceeded to work on the ones coming out of the pizza oven, while mines was ready from coming out as well. I asked if they could work on my order, the big guy indicated we are busy and had a huge order, I understand however if my order is sitting there perhaps you should work on my order. At this point I am not happy, the man indicated if you don't like it take your business somewhere else, I definitely will be doing that, I will not visit this establishment again. I left out of there with my order at 12:42, went to Little Cesar's to pick up an order I placed there while waiting and my order was ready in 10 minutes. I see why this place gets bad reviews. Only two employees working in a establishment like Pizza hut is not good for business. AGAIN, I WILL NOT GO HERE WITH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE LIKE THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS, ALSO THEY PROCEEDED TO THROW MY PIZZA IN THE BOX WITH THE WOODED PIZZA SHEET, IN WHICH I ASKED THEM NOT TO AND WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

By looking at the reviews after I picked up pizza! I hope pizza hut goes out of biz. Haven't ate for years and I'll tell u it ain't the same sauce is sweet, bread sticks r outrageous and ain't the same no cheese topping everything sucks! They charge a service fee to pick up! That's when u know it's the end of the line for Pizza hut. The wings r stupid nasty

Poorly managed, food is constantly wrong. They continuously forget my 2-Liter drink. The pizzas they make have the incorrect amount of ingredients, too much sauce, too little cheese, too few toppings. The manager is a Hispanic female who does not give her name for accountability.

Pizza okay. I had a take out but they charged me a 'service fee' which was not insignificant. in addition to the price and tax! I asked why the service me. They could not explain except that the owner wanted to charge a fee! Talking about junk fees! Not going back.

I placed an order on Thursday here for a delivery And got charged $51.two medium pizzas And an order of breadsticks...Four days laterWent to another Pizza HutOrder the same two medium PizzaI got it for 23 pick up SMDH like really pizza sadd but sum one is doing sumthing not rite here.

The price of a pizza virtually doubled after the pandemic. I didn't mind paying for the pizza or paying the taxes. Pizza Hut added a $2.00 "service fee" that I thought was obscene, especially when it was a pick up order. On the top of that, they suggested tip percentages from 10% to 20%. What else can you think of to sock the consumers with? You ARE the cause of inflation.

Ordered two large pizzas for $40 and it was a sloppy mess. Firstly my pizza was undercooked and felt like it was rushed through the cooking process. It was tossed inside the box and was a very floppy, and greasy disappointment, definitely was handled with little care. The customer service was great. But the pizza was a complete disappointment. I love Pizza Hut but this location is a no for me. After trying this location twice before and being disappointed by the quality of my food, I can say the third and most recent visit will be my last at this location. Waste of money for low quality food. If I pay for a item I expect to get what I pay for, but my pizzas were not quality food or anything close to expectations. My family tried the pizzas and did not like it so we didn’t even finish eating all the food, again complete Waste of money. I would not buy this quality food for myself or anyone else I know. Very disappointed
