this is the worst place to come too. the lady in the picture has poor customer service. she’s extremely rude. they need to demote or fire her. it’s extremely ridiculous. eww

If I could put 0 starts I would, Placed an order for pick up and when I went to pick it up they charged me $1.60 more to “toast” my sandwich!! Checked everywhere there is no such thing so they are literally just stealing from us and then charged it under “Cheese add” this is literally THE WORST Subway I ever been to SUPER RUDE customer service and they will literally steal your money DO NOT GO THERE!!

Went in at 8 pm. Shes blocking the door sweeping. Then tells me to wait. No.. put the broom down and help the customer... then go back to cleaning. Didnt ask if it was to go or for here. Very rude and east indian owned. very poor customer service. And overcharged. And its always too muggy and hot inside. Put the A. C. On!!!! Is it gunna hurt? No customer comfort. Dont go here. Its misery. I also got sick prob bc old food spoils faster bc not climate controlled. All food places should have a.c. at 74. So food lasts and so customers arent pissed and sweating while eating. Ugh

If I Can give this location a zero I Would. Rude employee about 250lbs, if my grandkids need to use the restroom, it is HUMAN that they allow you to do so especially a child. I will file a complaint at the city. Especially with the rest of all these negative reviews. If people don’t want to work why work at a place you will make nasty sándwiches and be rude to customers who have bought food there before. Be nice to your local customers and people who live in this beautiful city that pay your paychecks.

I visit this subway often and there is one employee I believe she is the manager her name is Araceli usually she is a bit standoffish and gives off the vibe that she is there just to pay the bills which I understand. However, specifically she misheard my order and when I advised her that she chose the wrong meat she started to roll her eyes and say “you said roast beef” I’ve never even ordered a roast beef of anything before in my life but even if I did say roast beef it’s impolite to have an attitude because you have to update my order. I still apologized just to be polite. After checking out I hear her in the back loudly speaking with her coworker about me ordering roast beef. She is very unprofessional everyone else here has been professional, provided great customer service but Araceli in particular could use training on how to serve customers with respect. I honestly would eat here more often but knowing I’ll have to engage with someone so rude makes me not want to come to this establishment. I hope management or the owner does something about this soon.

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. I ordered through the app. They messed up the order and barely put anything on the sandwich. I asked for spinach and got 4 pieces of spinach . Out sandwiches were all bread . Don’t come here

Rude employee/owner at this store. Morning of President's day 2025, was buying veg sandwich for my wife and asked for it and then realized that there is Veg and Veg Delite separate things. She was upset and argued that you should have said Veg Delite instead of just Veg. Sandwich was not even made so there was no reason for getting upset. She as a seller could have simply explained me what's the difference. Bad customer service.

Tried to use a coupon that I received in the mail and was told it only works on a build your own sandwiches. I have used this coupon more than 5 different times and had no issues what so ever. Not sure if the person is new or the owners are trying to scam people. One of the managers was there and did nothing to correct the situation. Will not be going back to this location. Completely unacceptable and a complete failure on the staff member and manger/ owner.

They charged my card twice and when I asked to void one of the transactions they refused and said it was my fault. Now I have to file a charge back to get my money back. Don’t go here, they will take your money and charge you twice. The service was so bad!

I had a fantastic experience at Subway today, thanks to Laura. She made me the best vegetarian sandwich I've ever had! Laura was incredibly friendly and had a big smile throughout the entire process, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made my day. Highly recommend this Subway location!

When in there the store looked dirty. The sandwich "artisans" Look like they couldn't care about being there. I ordered a 'footlong" meatball sub. And the sub was DISGUSTING!! The meatballs were undercooked and the sauce was watered down! Made the bread all soggy and gross! I will never go to that particular shop again! I'll go to the Little Caesars next door! The guys that work at the Little Caesars are far more customer service friendly and make good food! Stay away from the subway!!!
