Rude employee/owner at this store. Morning of President's day 2025, was buying veg sandwich for my wife and asked for it and then realized that there is Veg and Veg Delite separate things. She was upset and argued that you should have said Veg Delite instead of just Veg. Sandwich was not even made so there was no reason for getting upset. She as a seller could have simply explained me what's the difference. Bad customer service.

Tried to use a coupon that I received in the mail and was told it only works on a build your own sandwiches. I have used this coupon more than 5 different times and had no issues what so ever. Not sure if the person is new or the owners are trying to scam people. One of the managers was there and did nothing to correct the situation. Will not be going back to this location. Completely unacceptable and a complete failure on the staff member and manger/ owner.

They charged my card twice and when I asked to void one of the transactions they refused and said it was my fault. Now I have to file a charge back to get my money back. Don’t go here, they will take your money and charge you twice. The service was so bad!

I had a fantastic experience at Subway today, thanks to Laura. She made me the best vegetarian sandwich I've ever had! Laura was incredibly friendly and had a big smile throughout the entire process, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made my day. Highly recommend this Subway location!

When in there the store looked dirty. The sandwich "artisans" Look like they couldn't care about being there. I ordered a 'footlong" meatball sub. And the sub was DISGUSTING!! The meatballs were undercooked and the sauce was watered down! Made the bread all soggy and gross! I will never go to that particular shop again! I'll go to the Little Caesars next door! The guys that work at the Little Caesars are far more customer service friendly and make good food! Stay away from the subway!!!

The lady who made my order was on drugs you can totally tell when we pick it up and this was an order online and everything was wrong. So disappointed in the service and the food it was really massy. My son hate mustard and I asked for no mustard and she put so much on his sandwich everything I asked for it to be late she put so much of it on. All 3 sandwiches I order were so wrong it’s crazy.

Worst experience with this store. The sandwich was made with bread that was different from what I ordered, and there was no cheese. So, when I explained it to the manager, he asked me if I wanted another sandwich and got angry and told me not to come to the store again. I didn't want free stuff, I wanted to eat what I wanted. It was the worst attitude and the worst tasting sandwich. Do not this store.

Everything in this establishment up to date on everything, clean, great service, friendly staff.But one thing they are announcing no restrooms ( out of work) when you clearly see employees using them. They have a sign added on the door. Like why are you doing this to your customer's. That's not fair when dining in.

I'm politely ordering a sandwich and he is acting very unprofessional. Never coming here again. Almost just walked out without the food because of this awful experience. It was a young boy who made the sandwich. Please train this guy about manners. Shouldn't be treating customer's the way I was treated for no reason.

we went in to make a special order the manager were sitting having lunch cause we want to know the deal about special order and one of the staff said to wait for 20mins, she came back for her break and told the staff to tell us comeback tom and she left.very unprofessional for the store manager!
