Recently came in for some sandwiches and I have to say the service was amazing and the girl that was working, Yachikaa, i think, was very welcoming and kind! We kinda had a tricky order but she handled it no problem and all smiles, the food came out very well and I’ll definitely be returning!

Sad decaying retail business when you have to make your workers count how many olives or cucumbers there are in a sandwich. Doesn't help the prices are incredible horrible and you get no benefit of ordering here. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to Jersey mikes for a better sub with actual quality.
The woman who helped me was very kind and had great customer service. However the store policies are absolutely ridiculous. If I'm using a coupon I can't put veggies on my sandwich what kind of sandwich is that. Just as well they were out of spinach.

No wonder subway chain is dying... For almost $9 you get very little food. I ordered a 6in spicy italian and the worker give me THREE slices of black olives lol. I asked for more and she acted like it was huge deal but finally gave me two more slices of a black olive lol.. She then gave me 4 slices of bell peppers and like 5-6 tiny slices of onion.... I wish I was joking! I included pictured. I got home and I was pretty upset, I should have just canceled my order, but she charged me for it while the sandwich was in the toaster.. I am definitely not going back there. Some people are willing to bankrupt their business over 25 cents in veggies, I guess..

Tried to use a coupon for a footlong on flatbread, but the worker told me that I could not get flatbread with a coupon. This is something I have never encountered at this or any other Subway. He said it was instructions from this owner. Okay, so I got it on the regular roll. Then when I asked for the shredded cheese, he said they didn't have any. Maybe they just ran out? Again, something I have never experienced during many visits to many Subways. Finally, when it came to the veggie add-ons, he told me I could only get lettuce, tomato and onions. I told him that I wanted spinach instead of lettuce, which he then put a very small amount on the sandwich. When I asked for more, he said the instructions from the owner were to only put six individual pieces of spinach on a footlong sandwich. What? Once again, these are things that I've never heard of before. The owner of this Subway is the worst! Needless to say, I will never be going back to this location. There are Subways everywhere, so my advice would be to avoid this one, even if it means driving a little farther to another Subway.

7/11/2025 – Very Disappointing Experience
Today’s visit was incredibly disappointing. The young Indian woman helping me was very sweet, but it was clear she hadn’t been properly trained. She seemed nervous, which I understand, but the manager didn’t help the situation—interrupting her mid-service to criticize her appearance in front of customers. That was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when both of them had similar hairstyles and neither wore a hat or hairnet.
I asked for more bell peppers and was told “that’s the amount,” as if I wasn’t allowed to customize my sandwich. Then, cold bacon was put on my sandwich, which I had to correct. For nearly $20, I expect much better service and food quality. Limiting toppings and skimping on ingredients at that price point is unacceptable.
I used to support this Subway because the previous owner was a kind lady who cared about her customers. Unfortunately, with the current staff and inflated prices, I won’t be coming back. You’re better off going to Sprouts and getting a better sandwich for a quarter of the price. Absolutely not worth it anymore.
