Today’s visit was incredibly disappointing. The young Indian woman helping me was very sweet, but it was clear she hadn’t been properly trained. She seemed nervous, which I understand, but the manager didn’t help the situation—interrupting her mid-service to criticize her appearance in front of customers. That was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when both of them had similar hairstyles and neither wore a hat or hairnet.
I asked for more bell peppers and was told “that’s the amount,” as if I wasn’t allowed to customize my sandwich. Then, cold bacon was put on my sandwich, which I had to correct. For nearly $20, I expect much better service and food quality. Limiting toppings and skimping on ingredients at that price point is unacceptable.
I used to support this Subway because the previous owner was a kind lady who cared about her customers. Unfortunately, with the current staff and inflated prices, I won’t be coming back. You’re better off going to Sprouts and getting a better sandwich for a quarter of the price. Absolutely not worth it anymore.

Don't doordash here. They short the customer and will give you a VIOLATION for incorrect sandwich size or missing chips and missing drink. You have to check everything because they will purposely mess up the whole order by the smallest details.

Recently there are no drinks, sandwiches are not prepared according to the instructions, there are no ingredients available, if you order in the app the food is always cold

On 3/12/25, I ordered a meatball sandwich because in the past at all the subways I have visited these sandwich's are delicious. I ask the server to add extra sauce, he said, It is not really sauce it's a Italian liquid the meatballs are in but its runny. I was shocked. He put extra on and I had a soggy meatball sandwich, it was awful! What happened to quality? The two older women who work here always take great care when making you a sandwich and are very kind. The younger woman who works here, named Elizabeth, has twice now made me feel like I'm annoying her by ordering a sandwich. Both times, she was rushing as fast as possible while not taking care to make a good sandwich. She even cut me off a few times when I was about to say what I wanted to add next. I can understand if it was busy, but both times, I was the only person ordering in the store.

Most footloose are $10 , but if you use the app or a coupon you can get 3 footlongs for $17.99 I recommend the all American club, it's got roast beef , turkey and ham. ?
