whatever his name is. i asked for an order and he said he wouldn’t take my order. he sucks. this happened at 1:42 in the morning on wednesday. he needs to be fired. he sucks at his job and it very rude
Drive thru lady tells me I put “counter” for my app order. I inform her I put “drive thru”. She insists that I didn’t. Okay, I’ll just show her my actual order on my phone literally says “drive thru” right? Nahh. I show her and she literally can’t bring herself to say “oh sorry! You did put drive thru! Something must be wrong with our system.” No, instead they insist I’m still in the wrong with evidence in their face that I’m right. Does any of this even matter? No. But does this place have even remotely good service? NOPE.

I believe this taco shop is the nightmare of many takeaway drivers. Every time I receive an order from them, I feel unlucky. It is too slow. It is normal to wait for 20 to 30 minutes for the food to be served. The shameless thing is that they will prepare the food in advance after taking the order. It is disgusting. No one will pay attention to you. It is a rubbish shop.

I haven’t had Taco Bell in years but decided to try it out again because I needed a quick bite. This is the most disappointing food I’ve had in a while and not worth the value. The picture vs the amount you get is laughable. The nutritional value is not even close to what they advertised; calories, protein etc. I can write how bad this place is but pictures do better justice. You be the judge were you want to spend your $$$. Beef Supreme with a thin layer of beef and 5 layer burrito that barely has a layer.

Ordered and brought my food home two days ago, saw as usual they didn't get my order right. So I called the store and spoke to a woman working there who I explained the situation to. She told me she would take down my name and that the next time I came in, I would get something to compensate for paying for something and not getting it on my order. So I go in today, two days later, and try and explain this at the counter. Granted, they were swamped with a whole team of youth athletes dining in the resteraunt. However, to be completely ignored at the counter is frustrating. So I tried the drive thru after so I could actually speak to someone, and then, as expected, they tried to give me a hard time about getting what I was explaining. First, they said my name wasn't there, and then I needed to verify when I called and who I spoke to. So I found the exact date and time I called on Sunday at 2:30p.m. and told them the person I spoke to didn't give me their name or tell me I needed to provide it. They then said they could not do anything as they had to avoid scams. I personally find this insulting and unprofessional when I literally just wanted either my money back or some sort of compensation for what I paid for. To be accused of trying to scam Taco Bell for two tacos is just ridiculous and asinine to suggest. Eventually, they did provide the items they said they would, but only after pleading my case again. Next time, I will absolutely ask for any name of anyone I speak to if this happens again. Making promises after mistakes, then accusing the person who you have already caused issues to, even. More. Issues. This location makes great food, but the staff could be more understanding and less accusatory to their customers, especially when it was their mistake that caused the whole issue.
