I received a free drink referral from my son and used the link he sent to register for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Rewards Program. However, I experienced repeated issues during sign-up — after verifying various images, the website kept looping back and eventually stalled. I tried for about 30 minutes before finally giving up.
I went to the counter and explained the situation to the store manager, asking if they could honor the 50% off offer for my first drink. I was fully prepared to make a purchase, but the manager flatly said, “Sorry, I can’t help you,” and then turned her back on me.
I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or simply didn’t care about helping customers, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism was disappointing. I was willing to spend money and give the store my business, yet I was dismissed without even an attempt to assist.
This was a very poor experience — terrible service, especially from a manager representing the brand.

I'm sitting in this place not drinking a coffee. When I first walked in I approached the counter, said hi to a barista, and stood there waiting and watching five or six employees do whatever they were doing, and waited for one of them to ask me if I would like anything, but no one said anything. A couple of them even looked at me, and just went about their business without saying a word. So after a couple minutes of nobody asking me if I would like to buy a coffee, I decided I'll just sit in one of their most uncomfortable chairs, read the news, post a review, and not buy their product. No problem, I just saved 4 bucks. Safe to say I'll never be coming back. Employees need to be taught some customer service skills I think if they want to sell more coffee. While I stood there I watched someone come in the front door, go right to the register, a barista greeted them immediately and handed them their takeout order, then walked away from the register and didn't acknowledge my presence at all. I was there first and waiting for someone to serve me, and they treated me like I was invisible. Unfortunately I can't post a review without giving up at least one star, but it's hard to give them any stars given that I never got to try their coffee. So this is a zero out of 5 review. Try some other coffee shop.
Slow ah service, ordered at 10:20 on the app, didn't get my drink until 10:40. I could take a fat nap and I'd still be waiting . Please go work at Starbucks if you're going to give mid service. Thank you🙏

I come here a few times a month or more. If I just order tea normally I have few issues. However food seems complex. It is seldom as I asked, packed poorly especially for take out and for some reason if I have tea and food always made before the tea by 10 minutes or more. Today I ordered ahead, and tried to pick up only to find the lobby not open (6:50am), I saw others let in so hoping I could get my order. Apparently some folks get let in and others not. I was told no one allowed because to there was a situation. I have had more challenges here in 3 months then all other coffee shops communed in 3 years.

I usually come during the morning for coffee. Coffee is great. My complaint is they are never open on time. They are consistently 10-15 min late on drive thru opening. Typing this as I wait for them in my car.

The supervisor was extremely rude , she gave me the two matcha with straight milk, I asked politely to add just a bit more matcha , she proceeded to argue with me , I’ve been plenty of times to coffee bean it should not look low straight milk, also I asked why the drive through was closed and she said they are severely understaffed with four people behind the counter , doesn’t seem understaffed to me to close the drive through down , the gentleman who added the matcha thank you for not listening to her she definitely needs to find a different industry instead of customer service ,
