Good fast service prices are reasonable and there are some inexpensive stuff you can order Ala cart.

Food was great and so was the service. Only downside was that no all of the drinks were working in the dispenser.

Sooo good. I could eat here everyday!

Food is terrible. We will never go back. We ate here quite often. But now there must be a new owner or a new chef because all the food is different and much worse. The tempura batter is terrible. It’s heavy and greasy and soggy and not light and it is not light and crispy greasy. The tempera dipping sauce is different and bad.

The salads used to be freshly made and delicious and now they’re soggy and wilted. Too much dressing.

I wish I could get my money back. We stopped eating.

Spicy fried rice is so yummy! It's more sweet than spicy. I always get it as a meal. They do it fresh so it takes a while.

My husband got the sushi and he wasn't a fan. Other than that he loved the rest of his meal.

As the reviewer right before me so eloquently stated, coming here is about managing expectations while being prepared for... Personally, the biggest portion size I've ever seen in a sushi roll.

Feeling full and satisfied for a mere 13 dollars is a rare experience these days- if you're looking for something beyond traditional fast food. For the record, I'd take this over any fast-food chain, hands down. And if we are discussing the factor of speed, I also appreciate their expedience; orders are ready within 15 minutes.

I go for the sushi, but I've had a plate as well. I give it a raw score of 3.9 - 5 on the tasty scale. But with some soy sauce or some spicy mayo, all is well.

For those who are partial to in-house dining, I recommend skipping that and ordering your food for pick-up. The atmosphere is about as minimal as you can get. Also, be warned. Depending on what time you head in to collect your order, you might have to park a little way away, but I've always been lucky~

The biggest piece of advice I would give someone is to simply manage your expectations; this is a fast casual Japanese restaurant.

That being said, yes, the food is very ‘mid’ but it’s great considering the circumstances. The portion sizes for the prices are absolutely bananas. Tons of salad included with most combos, plates and bowls and the size of the sushi pieces are large.

Service is great too. Anyone I’ve ever dealt with has been kind and take out meals always include utensils, napkins and sauces.

Food used to be good here. Now I’m not sure if this play will stay because the owner cannot delegate simple things to his employees.

I’m assuming the owner was one of the Asian dudes, he was essentially overseeing the cashier. I could understand if he was training him, but jeez go do something else while he takes my order. Did not offer me sauce with my food either.

Food was also below par. Salad was on its way to wilting, it was still the best part of the meal I would say which says a lot about the food here.

Gave me old chicken! Tasted like it was sitting on a hot griddle for hours.

I ordered a crunch roll and 6 out of 8 pieces had no shrimp tempura, almost no avocado - this was not at all how the pictures posted looked like

You, over there stop it!!! Yes YOU! I see you over there inhaling a waaay overpriced greasy burger and fries combo. What did it cost? $15? More???

Just put it down slowly, back away, and come to Yasai instead. At Yasai, for less than $12, your Chicken Breast Plate includes:
A generous amount of Chicken broiled perfectly with a delicious sauce.
Skewered Vegetables.
Two different types of salad.
A small container of rice.

No I don't work for Yasai, but I will accept an, ahem, gratuity. As long as it's paid in food.

I ordered chicken & beef combo rice my husband was eating found hair in there.
I called told casher then she says bring ii in.
Or take a picture of it.
Instead you need to apologize first.
.middle of eating a lunch that was so grossed out.
Restaurant business is clean and kind.
Yasai doesn't have a manner.
