Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Super friendly when I came in early for my order. Really appreciated their reaction.

I’ve been a regular customer here for years now. Every time I go to order online there is some sort of problem with the website. I got an email letting me know that I had a $10 off coupon in my account. Tried to access the account and the website was down again. So I go into the store and explain that my account is down and could they help me get my discount. The girl quickly lets me know that there is nothing she can do for me. She cannot help me in any way. She would rather have a regular customer walk out angry than come up with a solution.

I purchased two large pan pizza. Something I've gotten many time before from lots of different locations. This was the worst pizza, the dough didn't even reach the edges of the pan. It looked like they didn't have enough maybe. I tried to stretch it out and it won't, and was so super thin. I just can't imagine changing someone $44 dollars for two take and bake pizzas then giving them less then what they paid for. Very disappointed 😞

they put no sauce on my pizza virtually. just a very thin layer of what looks to be juice.

Placed my order online because it said the store was open until 8pm, just to get up there to see a sign on the door that said they were closed on wednesdays 😡

Places like this can't wonder why they stay in business. Business hours say they're supposed to be open, but they are not Doors locked up nobody answered the phone middle of the week and they don't say they they're closed so how do you stay in business because I can't patronize a business that I can't ever figure out if they're open or not

I love the pizza! So good when I pull it out of the oven. Great staff 🍕🍕🍕 The salads are pretty good too!
