I came in and the worker in the am shift was completely alone, multiple people in line and one worker at 7am is horrible shift management. she did an amazing job handling multiple customers, management is lucky this worker can hold her own! I personally will not be going back to this location. It is clear management's only worry is their store being open.. not well staffed, clean or priced as cheap as other locations.
One of the best Subway locations I visited. The gentleman that built my sandwich was superb. I got a footlong and had it toasted. Ate half on my way up to Heavenly and it was so amazing. It gave me energy but I was riding with the second half in my backpack ready for consumption.
Worst subway i have ever been to. The staff are unknowledgable they never have anything you want. Ask for a sandwich made as is and they still ask you what is on it... I cannot stand this location. #dobetter
Don't get the footlong dippers. They put nothing in them and it looks nothing like the sign. The sign clearly shows that the peperoni and cheese is all the way along the roll.. when we got them everything was only on one side. Was basically just bread. Disappointing.

First off they added a manitory tip at the end without asking or giving me the option to opt out and with such little portions as well as some of the meat he put in my wrap fell out while he was making it and just he continued without adding the loss amount.

$14 for 6 pieces of salami. I have never received such little meat at any subway location, the worker a young girl with strawberry blonde hair said it was this locations policy. Go to a different

Professional staff members! Very welcoming, spotless, and cozy! I like watching winter sports on a big screen TV while snow was falling outside while seated on the couch in the back room. It's amazing how the mountain range looks while you're eating!
Fast service. Great customer service. Enjoyed the outside seating area.
Restaurantji Recommends
Since I live here in Pollock Pines, the food places are very limited. We have a very small town full of great people but at this particular Subway there is a young lady that’s so rude. I went it one time to ask to buy a salad and asked her if I could buy just a plain 6 inch roll to go with it. She tells me that if I want the roll with no toppings (basically if I don’t want it as a sandwich) she would charge me $8 for it. WHAT? So I’m like: “are you seriously?” And she gives me a mean look, says yes and I bought nothing from them and I will NEVER go there again and I highly recommend that nobody else goes there either. Take a minute or two and go across the street to Safeway and order their deli sandwich or a nice salad from them. They also have fresh baked rolls. No matter how good the food is at a restaurant, rude service will keep me from going back. BTW the gal at Subway had blond hair, just so everyone know s who she.
Sandwich Artist Cleo always makes us the best sandwiches and is so nice! It's our new favorite subway because of her
It is very fresh and great service
The girls working here in the morning are great, Subway corporate changes kinda suck but there is nice people working here now.
