The girl that helped me at the register was rude and unwelcoming. She was very friendly with the customer in front of me and as soon as she had to help me her smile turned into a frown and she didn't say a word to me it was really weird, hostile, and discriminating. On top of that the food was not good it was not fresh at all it tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I wouldn't recommend this Carl's Jr. - bad customer service and bad food.

I stopped by this carls jt this morning and there was someone in line who had already been helped so I was next, the lady in the front constantly said "I'll be right with you" she said it approximately 4 times. When she finally gets to the register she says hold on, I'm not sure if she was counting the register or what but I asked can I use the restroom while you count the register and she told me "the restroom is for paying customers" I told her I've been waiting to order and I do intend to buy something so why can't I use the restroom and she told me or you can just wait. Her attitude was very unnecessary and she told me if I didn't like it to go to a different location. It's not the customers fault if they're understaffed. There wasn't any cars in the drive thru and I was the only person in line so I'm not sure what they issue was. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Disgusting service!

The only Carls in the area I go to. Always fast and fresh, and the workers are always polite. The dining area is always clean and the food is always great. Definitely recommend coming by here.
I personally been seeing some reviews & have had carls at this location plenty of times I came across this one particular of “Alondra” I personally & think most reasonable people would agree that defamation from a individual instead of the actual restaurant is crazy because in fact begging for attention saying “hate crime” & “harassment “ would be enough to get herself sued for what seems to be a tantrum specially spreading misinformation about a “ spat” on food is a little suspect for me & whoever reads the reviews , the things ive seen these fast food workers go through while I was dining in I thought to myself damn these people have the patience in the world I do recommend the Jalapeño poppers as well as there shakes & star nuggets seeing negative comments that scream out ATTENTION!!! is whats wrong w people acting out just because “ they forgot fries & chicken tenders “ allegedly , I In fact will keep dining in & getting take out specially since its right next to beaches & other restaurants who doesn't love a good burger as well not to mention there honey mustard sauce!!

julie took my order and she spit in my food. she also called my disabled sister the r word and said she doesn’t like disabled people. don’t come here if you want to be treated with horrible customer service. the reason she called my sister that & spat on our food was because we said they forgot our fries & chicken tenders. i will be suing for harassment & hate crime because this is not acceptable!

This Location On Channel Islands Blvd Going Towards the Harbor Is The Same Location Where There's Every Kind of Store That You can Think of ,& Restaurants Which There Are At least Five Restaurants Where you Would Go Inside & Dine ? I Hop, Carl's Junior , China Panda, Fish ,& Chips Fast food Chains ? Ralph's Supermarket, Ace Hardware Big Lots , CVS Pharmacy, Bank of America. Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo Barbershop for Men A Couple of Hair Salons ? One Huge Liquor store ? Two Laundry Mats and Many Others That I have Never seen Or Been To before ? Again I Like This Location Because of All the Variety of Choices I have At My Finger Tips Where I Don't have to Spend A lot On Gas Money Driving All Over town Which is Convenient ?
