Visited during Tuesday dinner rush hour (±7:30 p.m.). The cashier was patient, detailed our custom burger add-ons with our meal. She was professional & astute in how she multi-tasked between the drive-thru dinner rush on top of being short staffed.Day shift could improve upon their awareness & acknowledge customers in order of first come, first serve!!Parking: It's a shopping center that's similarly just as bad as Walmart at The Rose. Most drivers almost cause accidents because other people are trying to back out of parking spaces.

Went for dine in. I was standing in front of cash register for over five min. employees just talking to each other. The cook saw me and didn't say anything. The manger walked in front of me with a tray of food and sat down to take a break. That's when I walked out.

Aweful, cold food. Buns not toasted fries were cold, I asked for fresh order. When I got home to eat my burger, the onion rings appeared old and chewy not crunchy. This place does not serve quality. It's so upsetting when you pay 9$ for a burger and get crappy food! This is MY LAST TIME going there!!

I'd leave zero stars yelp should have that option I go and they are always out of everything so I was told they had no chicken stars so I just ordered a large tea and I waited in line until I got to the window for him to tell me they were out of large cups if a medium was ok had they just said that to begin with I would have just kept driving this isn't the first time they always have issues

Years ago Carl's Jr had good food. Not the case today as the drive thru can't even get your order right. The order I got wasn't even the order I placed. I wasn't going to return it as I was too hungry! But the hamburger was awful and soggy and the bun was smashed! The fries were old and cold and the ice tea tasty like dirty water and I tossed the entire meal and will not be back!
