Domino's Pizza

A few people in our group thought the pizza from this particular location was better than several others. The customer service was also good.

I order delivery several times per month. Pizza is great, delivery however can be a nightmare. If it’s a new driver- forget it. They WILL get lost & never call for help. Cold pizza anyone? Forget it.

The customer service here has went from fantastic to absolutely disgusting it's ran by a bunch of teenagers who run around talking about their customers

Over 2 hours for a delivery when I was told 45 minutes. Called the store and the girl said my order was leaving now, I guess now meant another hour.

Horrible. You have to go thru automated voice system to order and pay. Got a callback from this location to confirm order and told they didn’t get payment, then states my order was cancelled. I didn’t cancel my order I did get confirmation from my bank it was paid AND they wanted payment AGAIN and delivery is 2 hour wait from this Dominos location. Person I spoke to stated I have to wait up to 5 days for refund and they are too busy so this is when I cancelled. What happened to Dominos moto “WOW the customers”.???

trash. 18-25 min estimated delivery time just for it to be an hour and 12 mins and counting. if you know your delivery time sucks stop saying 20 min delivery time knowing its going to take 2 hours

Food items not delivered curbside. After waiting 10 minutes I went in to find the pizza ready and had been waiting. The pizza was one of the better Domino's I have had just the service was a complaint

Second time I do delivery with 2liter soda purchase and don’t get with my order. Food with no drink. What are your thoughts on that? But they can give you credit if you decide to try and order with them? I’m sure this happens often as this happened to me back to back. Not worth the hassle. Gave it a chance but won’t be giving another.

I ordered. The delivery took much longer than promised. By the time they came, I was asleep. To their credit, they did call me. Unfortunately, I was asleep by then. Sadly, my $32 order was for not. I feel like this was partly my fault but also partly their fault, as I would not have ordered if I knew it was to take that long. They did not care to work with me at all to repair the situation. I am fine but I wish they would have worked with me, as I am a very local and repeat customer.

This was one of the worst experience ever my dad went to buy a pizza in this place when one of the workers was telling my dad that the credit card machine wasn’t working later out we find out that the employee was actually getting my dads card information to then steal money from that credit card so makes sure you guys watch out for any male employee that are doing something suspicious when purchasing a pizza .

Oscar was really kind, even tried to stay and help get my dog back inside. although i wasn’t able to tip, if i could’ve he definitely deserved one.
