The ONLY issue I have is that there isn't one closer to me. I've tried contacting the Cheney location multiple times but either they don't check messages/emails or they've forgotten.

I love the bagels served here, but if a woman with a mole on her chin is working at the register turn around. She was loud and rude which made me feel uncomfortable.

While looking for a highly rated bagel place to have lunch on our way from LA to San Francisco, we found this spot and ordered 5 bagels.
The middle-aged man who took our orders spoke Korean and treated my elderly mother, who accompanied us, very kindly.
There is no other bagel restaurant that is so kind, friendly, and delicious.
We had a pleasant trip with bagels, muffins and coffee that the owner gave us as a bonus.
Thank you again.

Line is pretty much always out the door if you don’t show up early. I’ll roll up to this place at 6am and it will start to fill up almost immediately. Highly recommend the “All-Nighter” bagel breakfast sandwich. Don’t get the orange juice though - it’s pretty mid, in a small cup, and they’ll charge you $4 for it.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE GLUTEN FREE. Despite their website luring you in with a gluten free option, they have NOTHING. Waited in line 20 minutes before being told this. Absolutely ridiculous to profit off of an allergy and then have nothing for that person.
Dietary restrictions: NONE!!!
Serve food off floor - read to end.
Two of us ordered salmon bagels. One with plan cream cheese and mine with chive. Mine was over $2 more. After paying I asked if different cream cheese was an upcharge and employee mumbled yes. We both got unsweetened iced tea and it was so old we couldn't drink it. I asked for drink money back. He offered a fountain drink. Nope.
Sandwich was good but after I finished eating, my coworker told me he saw one of the two elderly men in back drop a dough ball on the floor and pick it up and put it aside. The other man put it back on the tray with the others.
