Online order. It was busy at noon, so it took 25 minutes to get it to the curb site. The staff who brought the items to me were very friendly and politely handed over the items. I would like to give 5 stars to the staff.

If I could give no stars trust me I would. I ordered a steak bagel on McGriddle bun and they gave me a bacon and egg McGriddle. I went back told them what I ordered they replaced it with a steak and egg bagel no cheese with some sauce. I mean its elementary instructions.

Got a sausage egg McMuffin and first bite I took the egg was undercooked as if they rushed it to get the order done, as well as chicken mcgriddle bread on top side was overcooked and the bottom was undercooked. Never coming here again.
Never got my food. I am very hungry... What do I do now? How can I ask what happened? Can it still be delivered?

The Express Line Terminals dont work at all, and front end staff needs more training on the how the app works.Either didnt hear or didn't register what i said and made assumptions instead of asking for clarification on order.

I occasionally treat myself to some mcdonald's and always quit enjoy it, but unfortunately this time I did not. The fries had way too much salt! The service was horrible, I was helped my a bunch of teenagers that looked miserable and desperate to go home. I asked for no onions on my burger and what did I get? ONIONS! Not to mention the disgusting dining , my husband and I were having trouble finding a table to eat at, they were all dirty! The floor was covered in food and sauce ! This place definitely needs improvement.
